location is great and the property is also modern and clean

we booked a room for 4 people (2 adults , 2 kids) . the room had only 2 small beds, and asking for another bed for our child was additional charge of 3000 jpy. at least a baby bed was available.. the rooms are spacious, but the kitchen is very sparsely equipped , no cutlery / plate or not even any chopsticks .

Be prepared to pay for parking. At least 3,000 yen per day.

Room 1901. One night stay. Spacious. Layout provided lots of room for lounging. Great for a big family. Our family of 4 had 4 beds. A sofa and multiple chairs were provided. A kitchenette, full fridge, washing machine was included. Staff was friendly and helpful. English speaking staff. Covid-19 measures in place. Many hand sanitizing stations. Temperature check at lobby and Grand Masters Cafe. Needed to use gloves when going through the buffet. Breakfast buffet was great. Nice spread of traditional Japanese foods, soups with breads curry, rice and veggies. Lawsons near by for your convenience needs. Nearby Mark Is mall. You could walk, but we drove there because it was cold at night and it would be too far of we were carrying back bags after shopping.

Decor was a bit dated in the room. Tile bath, wooden closets and drawers. Even had an old school turn dial radio/night stand/clock combo unit. Hotel lobby, halls, restaurants, and common spaces were modern feeling tho. Room was clean and spacious, so cant complain too much.

Location, room was spacious and beautiful. View was very nice.
