The location is excellent, only a couple of minutes walk from the bustling quayside and right in the restaurant district. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

There was work going on at the whole apartment block, which restricted views from the windows and and made it impossible to open the windows for decent ventilation. We were warned about this at the time of booking and a reasonable discount given as recompense.

Pillows too soft

Well equipped, spotlessly clean and very quiet other than when the boy racers were up and down, with no sound heard from any neighbours. Great location for both Poole and attractions in local area.

Flat was very hot, but luckily we had our own fan - would recommend one is provided. Traffic noise loud at times with windows open as some seem to use the road outside to race with loud exhausts blaring. Mattress on bed not that substantial.

Lovely apartment in a lovely block of flats in the centre of town. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Very spacious accommodation which was fully equipped, including washing machine and dishwasher.

Location

The property is in an excellent location in the heart of Poole, central, near the quay and perfect for restaurants, bars and shopping. Hand over of keys was an easy process. The apartment was like a home from home and had every facility you will need. Great bed linen, plenty of towels, toiletries and a great welcome pack (teas, coffees, milk, nuts, crisps, biscuits etc.) There was even a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. Parking was in the multi storey next door and included in the price - come and go as you please by key fob. I felt very safe in the building as entrance was to residents only.

The apartment was very warm even though the heating was off, which would be great in the winter. We were able to open the patio door and windows but it was quite noisy outside- but that was because we were in a central location, you can't have everything!

We were under the impression we were staying on the front with a view ..... apartment was nice just a little disappointed on arrival when we realised it wasn't what the pictures advertised on the original booking with a balcony were showing us

Very good location, easy to find. Good parking in multi-storey next door- but tight turns going up ramps! Well appointed apartment with welcome pack of tea/ coffee,snacks and a bottle of wine! Good kitchen faciliities.

There was a musty smell in the hallway cupboard in the apartment which we could not eliminate or locate the source. Reported as we left so hopefully it will be rectified. Not much of a view- could just about see Poole harbour. Good view of the apartment building's bins though!!
