friendly staff, simple breakfast but tastes good.

There is a balcony but the view is very unpleasant, so it cannot be enjoyed. The sliding door on the balcony cannot be locked. The room is not kept clean, lots of ants in my room, the snacks I bought are full of ants.

Requested bath tub room, but was very end of the hotel, heater not working...kettle not working...amenities was run off... When check in told to the reception lady that I have paid full amount by card...but still arguing...show her the invoice and she say will check on it...system was poor.... Not worth it for money... My room was literally abit off stain...was not comfortable at all...

there was a lady at reception who was very stern I feel like she may have been the manager. I know it was not a cultural barrier as everyone else was very nice and warm. I spoke to this lady about all the gym equipment not working and even offered to fix them myself if I had tools. There was a gym with no free weights and 80% of equipment not working. I also paid extra for a room with a balcony and the room was far from what was advertised. I was moved to another room looking over a building site which made it impossible to go out and enjoy the balcony. breakfast included was good value for money.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, there was a balcony so we could dry our wet clothes. Generally it was a clean and spacious room which was very nice. The staff were always friendly and greeted you with a smile.

The body soap was not refilled once during our stay. There were also holes/cracks in the wall which we assumed were where ants/lizards were able to crawl out from. We found multiple large ants on the floor whenever we came back from the hotel. The towels were also grey sometimes.

Entrance sequence and parking area is nice, along with the outdoor pool area is aesthetically pleasing. The location is ideal, but that's the only good thing about this hotel. Don't stay here if you plan to do anything more than sleep at night. Even then the bed is uncomfortable and the aircon unit in my room was unbearably loud - likely due to an old motor.

The shower was weak in pressure and did not get hot. It was cold for 10 minutes, then got to room temperature. All the fixtures and fittings had the kind of dirt and age that could not be cleaned to make attractive. The room itself felt like something was dark and dingy - expected more for the money I paid.

I like the in house massage, staff and security is super friendly and helpful.

Hot water not working on ground floor and inconsistently working on top floors. Breakfast can have more international items.
