Boendet är i ett jättefint område, med privat strand, fin utsikt, nära till restauranger etc. Vi promenerade 5min till ”lilla Venedig” och till yachtkajen. Katara cultural village låg 10min bort med taxi, och är helt klart värt att besöka.

Frühstück und Lage ausgezeichnet.
Zimmer und Aussicht super, Sauberkeit sehr gut.
Einchecken war umständlich und hat lange gedauert.
Bei der Abreise hat es mit der Taxibestellung nicht geklappt. Wir konnten dann mit einem Taxi, dass einen neuen Gast brachte zum Flughafen fahren.

Due to an overbooking we were upgraded to a suite. This room was absolutely amazing. The selection at breakfast was huge and super fresh. The palatial style, artwork and decoration was jaw dropping and made me think of the Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas.
The staff was very friendly and committed to service. Special kudos to Aleli from the kids club who took care of our 3 year old son.
Because this is such a big hotel, with lots of facilities, I think it would be really great to have a visual (map) representation of the different floors and locations of the different facilities. In particular, if you are not staying at the wing that has the elevator going up to the rooftop Secret Garden restaurant, you may not even know there IS a rooftop bar with a great view. We learned by accident. Another example is that the Harry's restaurant did not have a lot of signage yet, very likely because it just recently opened. As a third example, we didn't realise that some of the restaurants of the hotel were actually in another building.

The Kempinski is understated class and elegance. It’s beautiful Islamic architecture and motifs, airy corridors and balcony rooms make you feel like you are staying in a palace. It has great views, a fantastic beach front, and great amenities.

We recently checked into Marsa Malaz Kempinski in Doha for a short staycation and to celebrate our son's 5th birthday, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff—from the valet and lobby team to the dining staff at Public House—the Titan Tikes Kids Club staff — the pool life guards and staff — welcomed us warmly and created a truly positive atmosphere that made our stay remarkable.
A special thanks to Mr. Sahid at Public House, who went out of his way to arrange a delightful birthday cake and celebration for our son Hamzah, making the day unforgettable for all of us. This level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail set Marsa Malaz Kempinski apart from other hotels we’ve visited.

I had a great time at this hotel. I went to Doha for a dinner and was planned to be there for less than 24h but my entire experience was just outstanding. From the moment i arrived i was impressed by the kindness and warm welcome offered by the security girl, the concierge team, and reception man.
They were extremelly professional and kind.
In few minutes upon arrival, Alina from the Desert Gate Tours organized for me a private desert trip for the next morning managing to contact and secure a private trip with Amr who kindly accommodate my last minute request.
The trip with Amr was the highlight of my experience with the hotel. This was another clear indicator of all the perfect details Yazan the GM could handle among his multiple dutties, and at the best level of customer care possible.
Sara from the Reception, was very kind and arranged a late check out so i can enjoy the desert trip and make it to the airport on time.
The kindness and genuine care, was second to none.
I personally wanted to say thank you to Yazan who is managing with great care an amazing team of people who are genuine, kind and happy to make your stay just perfect.
I cannot wait to go back, thank you

The hotel is a chic palace: the halls, lobbies, spa, restaurants are chic and very sophisticated. It is for sure that a cool designer has worked on the interior of this hotel.
1. When we checked into the hotel, we were given a room on the first floor, although I asked above, they said all the rooms are occupied.
And as it turned out later - the numbers were. I think this is very unhospitable and unprofessional on the part of the reception.
2. All rooms with direct sea view - face the pool. Very very noisy. The music plays until midnight. Guests complain - they are relocated, but the concept of the hotel does not change. We checked in in the evening and an hour later we were asked to change the room. We were offered the same room, but on the 3rd floor. But it was also very noisy. After that, we were given a room with a view but the other side - a partial view of the sea, there was no music. But it was unpleasant to be on the terrace - as there are construction sites around the hotel, and there is a lot of noise from construction sites.
3. I didn't really like the location. There is no view of the open sea, there are many construction sites around.
4. The rooms are beautiful, but in the bathroom there is a transparent door to the toilet. It is very uncomfortable. Only one sink.
5. The room had accessories for one guest: one bathrobe, all hygiene products for one guest. I asked and they brought me everything, but it took time. And it didn't look welcoming.
6. When cleaning the room - they did not put coffee capsules, I had to call and ask in the morning.
7. The restaurant staff does not know the rules of service. Breakfast is weak.
8. And the most unpleasant thing is that the staff entered the room without my permission and took my things - a dress. This shocked me. Turns out they were looking for a lost item. But as it turned out, they got the wrong number.
Conclusion - in a super luxurious hotel, the staff does not know the rules for working with guests at all, a very low level of service (reception, house keeping department and f&b)
I have experience in the hotel industry - this is not normal service.

فقط نظافة الغرفه
1- تم حجز غرفتين ولكن تاخرو في تسليمنا للغرفه الثانيه !
2- عند اعطائنا كرت الدخول للغرفه لم يتم توجيهنا لاي مصعد نذهب ، علما بانه يوجد مصعد في يمين الفندق واخر يسار وكل منهم يؤدي الى غرف معينه ، وهذا اخذ وقت للبحث عن غرفتنا !!
3 - في يوم اقامتنا كانت مناسبة اليوم الوطني والذي توقعنا ان يكون يوم منيز للاطفال ولو بالقليل ، ولكن للاسف لاشيء يذكر
علما بانه عند مشاهدة مقاطع الاستقرام كان موضحا بها بانه يتم توزيع الحلوى المزينة باعلام قطر للغرف ( للعائلات ) حسب ما ذُكر ، ولكن لم نرى نحن منها شيئاً فالواقع !!

Während Ramadan war bei HP sogar Roomservice inklusive
Die Lage ist toll.
Gestaltung der Liegestühle beim Pool (ist natürlich Geschmacksache), zu wenig Liegestühle am Strand im Verhältnis zu Gäste im Hotel und deswegen lange Wartezeiten, Aussicht vom Strand war nicht so berauschend u.a. wegen Baustellen

All the team of the hotel were really very nice and helpful with us. Mainly the recepcionists, the room attendant and the team at the reastaurants and the swiming pool and the beach. Everything was great!

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut, aber für den Preis schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zum Beispiel das Badezimmer sowie der Teppichboden in den Fluren nicht mehr gerade sauber und die Geräuschkulisse von den Nachbarzimmer hört man schon relativ gut.
