So small

The location was fantastic, and I loved that there was an elevator. The host was very informative and helpful, and we had to issues getting around.

The apartment was definitely a bit small, especially with 4 adults and a child, but not really a big deal. We were comfortable. One thing we did have trouble with was the front door, there’s definitely a “trick” to using the key right.

The apartment is located in a very nice street with lots of bakeries and restaurants. We had all our breakfasts in the neighborhood. Tha apartment was clean and comfortable with two big bedrooms with double beds, and on small bedroom with a single bed. There is a small elevator which was great since the apartment is on the fourth floor. If you stick your head through one of the doors on the French balconies, you have direct view towards La Sagrada Familia, which can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes.

The bathroom is really small. The living room and the kitchen are both quite small. There is only one mirror in the apartment, placed in the bathroom. The standard of the apartment is ok, but it is far from new. The location of the apartment is a bit remote, except for La Sagrada Familia, there isn't much worth seeing in the area. Expect around 30 minutes of travel time, to get downtown or to anywhere else. The guy who met us at the apartment was very helpful, but almost drowned us with information on WhatsApp. Better to get the information in a document before we arrive, when we still have time to plan. The current rating of the apartment on booking.com made huge expectations, which was not fulfilled.

Great location: clean, quiet street, calm neighborhood, lots of nice restaurants, bakeries, shops (including a big Mercadona supermarket around the corner), different parks and playgrounds for kids, close to several metro stations and some of Barcelona’s main sightseeings, of course. The apartment itself is very nice, sunny and comfortable, with all necessary stuff for cooking (including kitchen utensils and different consumables, even oils and spices), washing and cleaning, the furniture isn’t new but in good condition, lots of storage places, enough towels and bed linen, good heating and water supply. The only thing that worried us a little was the smell of gas after using hot water but the hosts responded very quickly to that issue and explained it was because of strong winds that days in Barcelona which obstructed proper ventilation. And a special big thanks to Mario, the hosts’ assistant, who helped us a lot with his advices and very useful information that made our stay in Barcelona even more comfortable than we expected.

We were greeted by Mario, who not only was kind and professional, but a really genuine person who gave us plenty of advice and recommendations. The flat was spotless clean, well equipped and everything was working correctly. It is very easy to get to by Metro, and within walking distance to many main attractions.

The walls are very thin overall, but the noise level was acceptable and not an issue whatsoever.

The apartment is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a direct view of La Sagrada Familia! Overall the apartment was clean, equipped with everything you need and cozy. Mario was very kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on what to visit in Barcelona. The communication was super easy and quick. Would definitely recommend!

heating didnt work in all rooms except for living area( only 1 was working)bathroom not cleaned properly hairs in shower and bathroom floor, washing machine not working.

The apartment is located in a great location close to the Sagrada Familia. Near to the metro station and cafes.

The guys are very friendly and there was also flexible checkout times possible. We got all information needed and very good tips! Thank you for the service. But please renovate the flat!

Not clean. Hair on the floor, kitchen furniture, plates forks etc not clean. Some things are broken. E.g. door on kitchen cupboard, curtain in bed room therefore no darkness possible, window broken in second bed room, walls are dirty should be painted, roof of bathroom should be painted, beds are uncomfy because old. At all the flat needs to be renovated! The fotos are not current.

The apartment was very old and a very small bathroom. The paint was peeling off from some of the rooms. Kitchen was small not equipped with modern equipment
