Room size, car parking

Reception was not polite enough, they need to have dialog with guests politely. No support was given to carry bags to upstairs although there is a lift. Quality of food in the restaurant is not acceptable. Breakfast was not ready until about 8:30am.

Apartment is spacious and clean. Well equipped.

Hot water wasn't available at early morning. Food in there restaurant are not clean. We got to eat wormy tomatoes. And the dhal curry in lunch menu was stale.

A/c cool is low

staff barely speak english. my ac didnt work so they downgraded me to a smaller room with no bathtub and didnt want to give some money back. told me to use the bathtub at my old room smh

the pool was clean & nice, the delux family room which we booked also was large & nice but unfortunatly there was no room service.

No Room Service / Room was not thoroughly as there were some old cigarette cartons were left in the drawers without cleaning. the Air condition was not fairly cooling. we noticed that there was a lack in maintenance.

Receptionist doesn't speak English The manager is the most racist and arrogant person I have ever met in my whole life. They promised free foot massage, but It is not true. They didn't do it. They promise 10% off to customers eating in restaurant but is it another lie, they never did it, restaurant blame to manager, manager to restaurant, the thing is that this 10% was not deducted from our bill. Then we complained because we felt cheated, and word's hotel manager was that Indian people are always creating trouble, excuse me? Do you feel better than Indian people ? If you do what is promised then customers would not complain. Simple. Cucarachas gigantes en la habitacion.

The staff is not even responds for calls

railway line outside kept us awake much of the night.

Easy hotel to locate. Spacious and clean room. Good food at the restaurant. Recommended!

Rooftop pool is okay but could have been better with view, cleanliness and design. But it was quite nice.
