Wide spread complementary breakfast was one of the best.
No welcome treatment was done for us. Play area for kids, adding few water rides in swimming pool could have added more fun.

The front desk team was extremely friendly and helpful. They ensured that you are comfortable throughout the stay. The breakfast spread was great and the chefs on duty were awesome in looking after our needs. They were very attentive and continuously engaging us in a conversation.

Il faut avant tout aimer la nouvelle ville moderne avec des bâtiments de bureaux pour y résider, car il n'y a aucun lieu touristique à proximité , ni aucun lieu de loisir , ni même un petit commerce . Personnel hors pair comme dans beaucoup d'endroits en Inde. Un spa fantastique !
Style standard. Loin de toute attraction. Très cher au final avec les taxes vu le lieu. Une navette hors de prix pour l'aéroport : 6 fois plus cher qu'un VTC normal

10th floor Ziga - stale food.
Invited friends for business dinner and disappointed everyone.
Breakfast, Chef is great and is very hospitable.
The rest stand there and don't even look at the guests or ask what they want.
I have seen that the staff cared more the foreigners than Indians who travel there.

the hotel is very good. staying here many times and my previous reviews capture all the good things . I would stay here again.
i think it needs one dedicated indian restaurant. we wanted to have indian food but that is only in the buffet or in room service. We were a bit disappointed with the pan asian restaurant on 10th floor.

We were upgraded on our 1st night and the food very tasty
A special request was made for late check out in our booking as return flight was night flight. To our surprise, the gentleman at the reception said that Booking.com didnt communicate our request to hotel. So, not granted.
