I just want to know about the booking they charge me for two days 4th &5th December before leaving new york we booked. But the hotel manager says that we do not have the booking that time I do not find the conformation no And that charge me for one day Rs 29ooo Please let me know about this. Thanks

Old style. Not refurbished.

The property has an old world charm. Rooms are spacious. Property is near Hussain Sagar lake, and has a large swimming pool. Service and restaurants are good. Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills and Ameerpeth are all in close proximity.

The air conditioner was not working properly. Room became hot at night. Inspite of maintenance crew trying to fix it problem was not resolved. I had asked for a take away breakfast on day of departure. There was a cockroach in the parcel! Returned it immediately 😞

Very good breakfast. Large varieties for vagetarians. Restaurants had large choices. Restaurant staff is extreamly good.

Lobby staff treatment to seniour citizens. No respect for non-business private guests. People need training. Young staff without any feel are asked to managed lobby.

The property is run down and not a luxury one currently
