Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Station Shepherds Bush Market, damit sehr gut zu erreichen. Von Liverpool Street fährt man ca 30 min. In der Umgebung sind viele Läden, Restaurants, Cafés und ein Mega-Shopping-Center in 350m Entfernung. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, sehr verwinkelt mit vielen Stufen, aber es hat Charme. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und hatte ein Fenster.

Auffallend war der sehr unangenehme Geruch in Zimmer, besonders im Bad- eine Mischung aus Chlor und Katzenurin. Ein Zimmerwechsel kam lt Portier bei Ankunft nicht in Frage, weil ausgebucht (?), am nächsten Tag war es schon zu spät, weil Zimmerwechsel angeblich nur vormittags möglich ist. Das Fenster dauerhaft geöffnet zu lassen war zumindest nachts keine Option, da das Zimmer zur Bahntrasse lag und es daher zu laut war. Schade, wäre die enorme Geruchsbelästigung nicht gewesen, wäre es ein annehmbares Hotel gewesen. So aber sind über 150£/ Nacht eindeutig zu viel.

La biancheria deve essere pulita meglio, troppi aloni colorati, i mobili della camera avevano molti segni che ho dovuto pulire io vicino al letto, la moquette e la testata il stoffa è sempre recipiente di sporco anche se si passa l'aspirapolvere, il quartiere è troppo degradato.

Great location for transport links and shopping. All staff members were very friendly and polite and extremely helpful. Clean and tidy hotel.

There were three things: Although the basement room room was very comfy, the bathroom tended to smell a bit unpleasant. The WiFi wasn't brilliant and I was not able to download my films from Netflix for my flight to Cyprus and also there was no bedside light. I was not able to do my bedtime reading because it meant keeping the main light on which would have prevented me from sleeping properly.

The staff were amazing ,very helpful. The hotel was spotless ,a big thumbs up to the cleaning team.location was great right next to Shepherds Bush Market tube and Shepherds Bush central line an easy 10 minute walk away, along with many bus route options. Bed was very comfortable with nice crisp bedding to greet you. Air Conditioning was also an added bonus. Well maintained boutique hotel ,can highly recommend.

The double room was a bit small, although there are options to upgrade for a small fee per day if required.

Wifi very poor. Our room had no natural light and the light switches meant all the lights were either on or off.

I had a lovely room, it was a huge family room. The room was in the basement so didn't have any windows - which sounds really bad, but when you're there for one night it's brilliant for sleeping.

I couldn't get the TV to work, but not the end of the world - we probably all watch to much anyway.

I’ve stayed here a number of times , and each time I am given a warm welcome by the staff . This particular stay the lovely gentleman upgraded me to a King room on the upper level . The rooms are always so clean , the beds are super comfy , and the showers are nice and roomy with a waterfall jet . ♥️

There’s nothing that I don’t like .
