Very clean and comfortable, good mattress, very helpful staff, hot water available in the bathroom, room heater provided for our request. Beautiful view from the room, and also dining area. They helped us to find a good driver. It's totally worth the price. We don't feel like a hotel, for us that's home.

The host was very nice and helpful. They greet you with a yummy hot tea. The room had a beautiful view from large windows, and a balcony. There is also a great view from upstairs if you want to have breakfast.

I will start by saying that this is a decent value for the money. Nuwara Eliya seems to be more expensive for lodging than other areas in Sri Lanka. So your money doesn’t go as far. That said, the room was pretty basic. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. The bathroom in general was not great, a bit dingy. The hot water in the shower only lasted a few minutes. Also, there is no mosquito net so we got bit at night. Thus, we didn’t sleep great. The bed was not very comfortable. Actually shorter than a standard bed, would be a problem if you are tall. There were no chairs or a table on the balcony, so while it was pretty it wasn’t very usable. Finally, one night the people who live downstairs stayed up playing guitar and singing loudly until 1am. I like that they were having a good time playing music, but there should be an agreement with the hotel to have quiet hours after 10pm.

У нас украли деньги в этом отеле, и это перекрывает все плюсы отеля (деньги мы считаем очень внимательно, поэтому мы на 100% уверены, что это произошло именно здесь). Было холодно и влажно в номере

Sehr netter Betreiber, der steht’s gut gelaunt ist und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und lecker!

Die Lage war super. Das Personal freundlich, die Betten bequem. Latex Check Out war nach Anfrage des Besitzers möglich,um meine Tochter zum Mittagschlaf hinzulegen,was entgegenkommend war.

Es hat im Zimmer reingeregnet. Es roch muffig und das ganze Bad inklusive Eingangsbereich zum Bad waren nass. Meine Tochter war auch ausgerutscht.
