Location of the property

The room. We paid for a superior room with river view. But very disappointed. The room itself was OK. There was only a fraction of the river view promised on booking .com. This room should be advertised as very small view of river. The bed was perfect, but there was no toilet brush. , the shower tiles needs a clean. . Next door tap should not be heard at 3am. The fire alarm on the ceiling should not plink every 5mins with a red light. The entrance mat was full of tree foder when you enter the room. Bit off putting for what to expect. The TV signal is hurendos. But your staff at the bar and restaurant are the best. It's just a shame it's not extended to your hotel. . Location is perfect , but need to re advertise the superior room with a river view, or reduce the price., because of fales advertised. Advertised should be partial.

Food in the restaurant was very good.

Bathroom walls very thin so you can hear all bodily functions of the person next to you. Very noisy when the tap is being run in the bathroom next to you.

The restaurant staff and food were excellent. They should be congratulated by the owners 👌🏻

Room fine and bed comfortable but a fan which went on and off all night very much disturbed our sleep. Our wet room is in need of a refurbishment and needs to be done now
