Rondeva is very comfortable and in an excellent location being on the edge of the old town of Chester which is an easy walk through the park. The view of the River Dee and the meadows is great and we were lucky as we had beautiful sun and moon rises over the river. The house is very quiet and has a well equipped kitchen. Communications with Chris were excellent and when we had a problem with the washing machine he responded immediately and offered access to another machine if we needed it. Rondeva was an excellent place to base our visit to Chester and Wales.

I’m just glad I wasn’t driving for the parking lane way at the rear of the property, but it was no bother for my husband 😉

Lots of space, great location, loved the extra touches like handwash/washing up liquid as saves you having to buy extras, fantastic view over river, extremely comfortable bedding which smelled amazing, great communication from Chris the owner, private parking space

Parking was a bit tight but once we sussed out best positioning it was fine, just take it slow

A lovely house with its own river frontage, a short walk through the park to the heart of Chester and parking as well. Rondeva certainly ticked all the boxes. Good communication from Chris as well.

The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Really good communication from the owner and the bottle of prosecco was very much appreciated and enjoyed.

location was excellent - on river front, close to a lovely park and an easy walk to the centre of Chester plenty of room for a family of five lovely bedrooms main living room comfy and warm

Great to have parking at the property very convenient for unloading bags. You have to reverse a long way down a narrow gap to get out of the space onto the road

The house was stunning with the most amazing views. Everything you could want or need is here.
