Very friendly staff to welcome you on you arrival. The room was very clean and the view was amazing to gaze out at. The facilities just added to the amazing time we had on our stay, will definitely be back. Oh and the free paring is definitely a bonus

No tissue box toilet roll were low quality TV didn't have YouTube channel it was quite old one bathroom got locked accidentally and when someone came up to give the keys that lady was very rude

Location - very well located, with Woolworths and the beach a short walk away. Room - Very well laid out, I liked how the master bedroom had it's own bathroom

We stayed in this apartment for 7 days total. and had to buy lots of things ourselves, like tissue, dish soap, washing powder, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash which felt like a waste as none were used it all up before we had to leave. The shampoo and conditioner that were provided were not good quality and only 2 packets of dishwasher powder and 1 sachet of washing powder was provided. They did say we could ask reception for more, but it was inconvenient as we were always out during the times they were available. Parking - There was a rule of one car park space for each apartment. We were only allowed to park in car spaces marked with a red H. On the Sunday night, when we came back at 11pm, there were no parking spaces remaining. When we called the after hours number to ask what to do, she advised us to park at another car park around the corner, where we had to pay $16. Cleanliness - The stains on the couch and cushions were gross, and the carpet felt damp, not sure if that was from the humidity in the air

The key to start the elevator and the underground parking exit runs on electronic gadget named FOB, that needs to be pressed against tiny spots in elevator/ carpark to engage. That spots are hard to find and confusing, causing new guests to spend excessive time and stress in enclosed area of elevator etc until worked out, or someone comes to rescue

The place is close to most of the iconic places in Gold Cost.

The position was great very close to the shops and restaurants.

The extensive building work going on directly behind our apartment with work starting at 6:30am week days which was extremely LOUD. Ruined the stay really disappointed to the extent we could not stay there.

Second stay here. Just a quiet clean property to take a break at. Good staff, rooms comfortable, well furnished, kitchen has everything you need and views good. Full Foxtel. Tram stop 100 metres away and Oasis Broadbeach Shopping Centre just 5 minutes stroll. All good.

Our stay at Synergy Broadband Hotel was a major letdown. Rude customer service, leaving us feeling unwelcome and unappreciated. They blindsided us with a $200 deposit, which they later scammed under the pretense of a subjective "satisfactory condition." Filthy carpets emitting a foul odor, and the bedding had a musty, dusty smell. The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards were shockingly poor. Additionally, parking was a headache, with insufficient space and waiting forever for lifts.

The location was amazing, facilities were great.

The staff were quiet rude on our stay, the only time they were nice to us was when we handed in our keys on departure.

Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Despite having many floors, the lifts were fast. Rooms well equipped.

The wifi didn't work well at all. I managed to connect for about 1 minute after multiple attempts and it saying that it didn't recognize my IP address and then I couldn't get it to connect again for the rest of my stay.

Nice hotel. Good size rooms. Good location. Good facility.. Friendly staff.

Construction site next door very noisy during day and dusty. But quiet during non working hours. Jackhammers going constantly while we were there. Could have been discounted in cost to offset this inconvenience. Only down side really.
