Понравилось: 1. Расположение отеля - рядом Марина, комфортная беговая дорожка вдоль Марины, метро 2. Персонал, всегда готовый помочь, к тому же некоторые ребята говорят по-русски 3. Экскурсия, которую мы приобрели в отеле - Сафари. Отлично провели время 4. Возможность посещать пляж Saluna

Не понравилось: 1. Завтраки - однообразно и невкусно 2. Вид из номера, заявленный как вид на город, на самом деле, на какие-то трубы; напоминает московскую Капотню 3. Желающих попасть на трансфер до Saluna больше, чем вмещает автобус, поэтому периодически приходилось до пляжа добираться на такси

В 15 минутах пешком станция метро. В минутной шаговой доступности супермаркет, аптека. Еда довольно разнообразная, вкусно. Персонал внимательный

По факту из номера открылась панорама не на Марину, а на какой-то завод, откуда валила пыль и шум - пришлось немало доплатить за номер с видом на город. На дне акриловый ванны в новом номере была трещина. Дефлектор кондиционера установлен напротив кровати , поэтому спать с включённым кондиционером крайне рискованно (простуда обеспечена), поэтому приходилось спать при выключенном кондиционере (это при 30 градусах снаружи и отсутствии возможности проветривать помещение.

Alles war schön, Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung war super. Standort war auch sehr gut. 15 min Fußweg zum Bahnhof oder Marina Mall oder zum Strand.

Man muss sich für den Shuttle zum Beachclub anmelden. Das wird vorher nicht erwähnt und es gibt nur begrenzte Plätze im Shuttle.

Als Paket hat mir das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig, der Fitnessraum ausreichend ausgestattet, kostenlose Nutzung des Saunas und Dampfbades war schön. Selbstverständlich haben wir auch einen Ausflug zum Soluna Beach gemacht.

Die Lage ist tatsächlich unvorteilhaft, hängt aber davon ab, was man letztendlich machen möchte.

Já fiquei neste hotel incontáveis vezes e todas elas foram incríveis, especialmente pelo staff, pessoas perfeitas, cuidadosas, carinhosas. Sempre perguntando se estamos bem e se podem ajudar com algo. Lembram quem tu és, sabem teu nome. Bushra, Amani, Assef, Linda, Bela, Shorood, Bala.... Não sei escrever o nome de todos, mas todos são muito especiais.

The location is perfect. The staff is one of the best i have encountered in my travels. All very kind and available for every needs you have. Special mention to Amani who did offer always her help for all I asked. The room was good size, clean and with a wonderful wiew on Marina walk. Breakfast is good and very variagate, and you can find continental breakfast. The air conditioning did work perfectly and you could decide witch temperature you like whitout any problem.

When you stay at The First Collection Marina you have access to the Soluna Beach, but you have to get the code in your wallet (google, apple, etc), and sometimes you got access problem so everything become difficult. There was one thing I didn't like at all: there was not complimentary water in the room, but a bottle of filtrade taped water. That was very disappointing, in a 4 stars hotel there should be always one o two bottle of complimentary water. You don't find any accessory in the bathroom, but you can ask the staff to provide some. I asket for the shaving kit and it was provided in few minute, but I think that some things should be in the bathromm like the toothbrush and toothpaste.

personeel die waren zeer vriendelijk en netjes en zeer behulpzaam. behalve de concierge een betweter die dacht dat hij de grote baas was maar fouten heeft gemaakt. ontbijt helemaal goed, bar en mix drankjes geweldig, zwembad ook oke.

De kamer veel te klein en niet conform afspraak en boeking, hierover ook wel contact gehad met directie van hotel. geboekt voor 4 prsonen, maar bij aankomst was kamer ingericht voor 2 personen, ook handdoeken, slippers, mokken, bekers etc overal waren er ook maar 2 van aanwezig. En deze kamer was zeker niet Dubai waardig, onze oppasoma most zelfs laag op een slaapbank liggen. Tja dat verwacht je in cheap hotels in europa maar dit kan echt net in Dubai.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Good location very close to marina and within walking distance to the beach. The breakfast had a lot of choice and staff were very helpful in assisting with any requests.

Food needs a bit of spices and salt.

Fantastic staff, very courteous & professional including housekeeping team, breakfast & Blacksmith Bar staff were exceptional also foyer "meeters & greeters" very welcoming. Location was within 2 mins walk of Dubai Marina walkways with scooters also readily available to explore the Marina. Soluna Beach Club also worth visiting via the complimentary shuttle bus however book early as it was very popular. Blacksmith Bar offered good quality food & drinks were reasonably priced during the Happy Hour with staff again very attentive.

The onsite pool area did get very busy with limited loungers available. Staff again very helpful & reasonable priced drinks available. Breakfast again got busy at peak times however also available at the Blacksmith Bar for a quieter start to the day with outdoor seating available.

Loved the shuttle service provided to the Beach club and metro. Access to a gorgeous beach club was really great. Staff super helpful and friendly. Great location for the Marina.

Not much to dislike. Our room overlooked a very busy and noisy highway, which was somewhat disappointing. It also had a smell of smoke when we first arrived so not sure if previous guests had been smoking in the room, but it disappated after a few days.

Le petit déjeuner est un MUST! La nourriture était fraiche, variée, pour tous les goûts. L'hôtel est très bien situé et propose en plus des bus vers diverses stations métros/mall Equipe super accueillante et serviable.

Soba je dotrajala, dijelovi namjestaja koji su jednostavno prljavi od duge upotrebe. U sobi smo imali mrave. Iako je osoblje redovno i odlicno cistilo sobu, jednostavno soba nije sama po sebi uredna- zavjese, rubovi stola, okvir kreveta, spomenuti mravi..

The room provided was recently painted and had smell, after informing the reception, was immediately moved to another room.
