Aprtna was fine for one night.

The person who met us for checkin was really helpful and provided useful tips about the surrounding places to eat. The location was great, very central. We liked the fact that we were able to use the luggage storage on the day of checkout.

The breakfast option at accommodation wouldn't really be recommended as for one can get better breakfast at places nearby for the same amount of money or less, if going to another place in the vicinity. There was no AC, which can get quite hot in warmer days. However there was some improvised standing fan which we were unable to use as it was very noisy. The bed mattress was a little too soft which made the bed curve to the weight of my husband and I was pulled towards him. The bed linens were quite thin / cheap which didn't really create a comfort for a clean feeling. I'd recommend investing in better quality sheets that aren't transparent. The room furniture was getting outdated and the chair was full of stains / dirtiness. The shower took a long time to get warm/hot water and the tap in the bath sink was very splashy all around. The towels had stains / were dirty and we were unable to use them.

We booked this room as we had a early flight and wanted to be close to the airport. They helped us with the super early cab, early check in, restaurant recommendations. They communication was awesome. We got the breakfast already in the evening which was great for us

Everything exactly as expected, the room was pretty big, clean and tidy. Appreciated that there was more than 1 toilet, so no problems with having to wait for it to free up at any point. Nice spacious common area too and the located is right in the center of Ponta Delgada.

Very comfy beds, we felt like we cant even get off them. The room has high ceiling and it makes the room feel very spacious. The private bathroom is nice and clean, only problem was waiting in shower for hot water, but it was OK after few minutes. The shared kitchen was nice surprise!

Very neat place, brilliant location and absolutely fantastic value for money.

Perhaps the beds being a bit comfier.

It's in a very good location. Spacious room, two single beds, TV, bedside tables with lamps, clothes hangers. Cooking and baking are available in the common kitchen. Refrigerator. It suited us, we recommend it.

The shower head in the men's bathroom was bad, the water in the women's bathroom was difficult to drain, so it was a bit slippery.

there's a bar at the corner of the street that plays loud music into the early hours of the night. people are walking up and down the street drunk and screaming. its impossible to sleep at this location. its strategically located for downtown access to all amenities, however if you cant sleep there, theres no point to book your place. that bar is not located in the right place. im sure all the neighbours are harassed by their noise levels and drunkness outside their doors.

Incredibly responsive and helpful flat owners/managers, ready to answer all the questions and give tips from locals. Location of the Casa is super central, but still on rather quiet street. As an advantage, I would point out the kitchen and living room, which are both daily cleaned by the stuff.

Cleanliness in the room was on ok level - I would recommend cleaning the furniture as well, because one could have notice dust, hair, etc.

We loved the friendliness, politeness and availability of the staff with all of our questions and needs before and during the trip. Delicious breakfast with regional products.

Good communication with the host. Easy check in. The house was great, everything we needed. They even had a chair for the baby. It was clean and comfy :) and right in the center of Furnas.

A great central location and a big room. It can be hot in summer, as there is one small fan for a room with high ceilings. Comfy couch to sit on.

We saw cockroaches multiple times and toilets are very small / a tight space.
