Perfect location in a residential area close to museums, transport connections, restaurants , all type of shops. Also very clean.

Old furniture with a lot of un unnecessary decorations, not very well isolated with all windows frames that could disturb people that have difficulty sleeping. As far as I understood the apartments have different owners and probably this is why the furniture and decorations are different. We booked two one bedrooms apartments and one of them was nicely decorated and had a comfortable sofa that could be extended and another apartment that had a leather sofa which was not comfortable for sleeping, having a big hole in the area of the pillows when extended , the pillows entering this hole. Pay attention to count the number of the decorative pillows you have on the sofa and on the bed when you check in because I had the unpleasant surprise to be contacted by the hotel a few days after leaving that one pillow is missing and they investigated what happened as of somebody would come to London with limited luggage to take old and cheap decorative pillows from the hotel.

Location location location, if you want to stay in a nice located property with ample space then this is the place you should look to stay. Conveniently located near super markets as well as restaurants and pubs which serve good food.

Cleanliness, we were informed that the apartment ( 2 bedroom apartment is what we booked) was deep cleaned but it was more superficial on the face of it. We found unclean towels and there is significant dust build up under the beds, corners and different parts of the apartment. For the price and the name, cleaning of the apartment should be a priority and should be a deep clean rather than cleaning the surface area when change of guard takes place.

The hotel was in a good location, about a 10 minute walk to the tube, access to taxis and an easy walk to London CBD. The whole apartment building was beautifully maintained and elegant but our individual apartment needed a few repairs and was not of the same standard. Issues were dealt with by the office as quickly as possible. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable but if you are using the lounge room as a bedroom there is limited room.

L'emplacement, la propreté et l'amabilité du personnel. Le logement est lumineux, bien voire trop équipé pour 4 personnes. Il est également très calme à toute heure, c'est très reposant et agréable.

Le canapé lit est assez inconfortable, on sent beaucoup l'armature métallique sous le matelas. L'eau de la douche n'a pas beaucoup de pression et la température fluctue souvent de chaud à bouillant sans prévenir ! Personnellement, fort cher tout de même.

Tout, l'emplacement est juste incroyable, proche d'une station de métro pour rejoindre le centre de Londres ! Commerces juste à côté. L'appartement était nickel équipé d'une cuisine et chambre à part ! Personnel tres sympathique ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😄

Le lit canapé a un matelas un peu trop mou.. peu confortable

We liked the location, cleanliness, and the comfortable bed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby. The farmers market on Saturday was delightful with many people and foods. The staff was friendly too. There was easy access to the Sloan Square and South Kensington Tubes. There was also bus 360 right outside the property.

El alojamiento esta bien ubicado, cerca hay una estación de metro y esta céntrico. La habitación era acogedora, y la zona donde se encuentra (barrio de chelsea) esta muy bien. Si vuelvo a Londres volveré a reservar 100%, lo recomiendo.

La cama era demasiado blanda aunque dormí bien. (Opinión personal)

حجزت اسبوع السرير كان صغير جدا لشخصين تقريبا 160 عرض في 200 طول، ولايوجد لدى الفندق خاصيه تنظيف الغرف اليومي حيث تم طلب 30 باوند لتنظيف الغرفه ، وايضا لا يوجد تجديد يومي لاستخدام الكوفي والشاهي في كورنر القهوه ولا يوجد ماء للشرب بشكل يومي في خدمات الغرفه وايضا لا يوجد شطاف ماء للحمام ولا يوجد تكييف

La ubicación es ideal. Con todo cerca, el metro, bus, supermercado, restaurantes y un Starbucks en frente para desayunar. Y la habitación es amplia para lo que hay en londres. La atención de la recepción es muy buena.

Cálidad-precio yo creo que está un poco caro para lo que es, es verdad que estás pagando la zona, la habitación está bien pero igual el baño y las ventanas un poco viejas. En el tiempo que fui no hacía mucho frío pero me imagino que en pleno invierno entra frío por esas ventanas. Solo resaltar que el colchón de la cama principal y del sofá cama un poco incómodo, se hundía un poco, me imagino que ya está viejo. Por lo demás todo bien. Solo tomar en cuenta el depósito 500 euros que te cobran , aunque después te lo devuelven en unos días .

Emplacement exceptionnel, bâtiment magnifique : un immeuble d'appartements en location courte durée avec un accueil comme dans un hotel. Depuis des années que je viens a Londres plusieurs fois par an j'ai enfin trouvé un point de chute bien situé, assez spacieux et super propre.

Mise à part l'amabilité du staff à l'accueil t peut être le confort de la literie je ne trouve rien à redire.

L'emplacement, la propreté la réactivité du personnel le calme 🇬🇧

Rien tout était parfait, sauf peut-être le canapé lit du salon qui était vraiment pas confortable du tout...

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Toller Apartment Komplex. Unser Apartment (Studio)war geräumig und absolut ausreichend für 3 Personen. Alles war sauber und wir konnten keinerlei Mängel feststellen. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Supermarkt, kleine Cafés gegenüber der Anlage. Große Einkaufsstraße, sowohl U Bahn und Bus ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Meine Familie und ich kommen definitiv im Sommer wieder. 😊/The accommodation is really very nice. Great apartment complex. Our apartment (studio) was spacious and absolutely sufficient for 3 people. Everything was clean and we couldn't find any defects. The environment is also excellent. Supermarket, small cafes opposite the complex. Large shopping street, both subway and bus about 10 minutes away. My family and I will definitely come back in the summer.😊

The property was very impressive on first impression and it did not disappoint. The porter staff are lovely and very helpful. The property itself looks fabulous. It is in a great area with lots going on within walking distance. The apartment looked exactly as it does in the pictures and had everything we needed. It was spotless. The view was stunning. Waking up to the skyline of London was something else.

There was nothing we didn’t like but it can be a bit tight for space in the one bedroom apartment if you are using the sofa bed. Having said that you still have more space and more amenities than a hotel room.

El alojamiento es muy parecido a como sale en las fotos. Camas muy cómodas y completamente equipado hasta con detalle de café soluble, azúcar, paños, abrelatas y abridores de botellas, lavavajillas,etc (los elementos más poco comunes). La limpieza súper bien con algún detalle que no nos gustó pero que nos solucionaron al instante y al día siguiente con muchas disculpas y detalles súper buenos. La ubicación perfecta. Metro con 3 líneas súper céntrico incluso para llegar al aeropuerto y autobuses cercanos. La zona de Chelsea es una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad y con restaurantes alrededor con precios asequibles. Además hay un supermercado que cierra a media noche en frente. Súper recomendable

Super friendly staff; the location is exceptional; the sloan square metro station is very convenient for moving around the city. No issues with the deposit; we followed the rules and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and lovely staff. The apartment is well equiped.

It was dirty. There was a blob of hair stuck to the wall of the shower. The night stand bottom shelf was so dirty you couldn't tell the color. The apartment was cleaned only superficially, but definitely no furniture had been moved around to clean.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable apartment. All worked perfectly. Complimentary washing up liquid and sponge, and shower gel/shampoo. Nice porters.

It was very warm in the apartment as the heating works overnight and can't be switched off. We had to leave a window open all the time, so it's worth knowing this if you like cooler spaces to sleep.
