I did not go to breakfast. If it was included in my room, no one mentioned it and no voucher was provided.

Little understood English by the check-in staff, that said, translation by phone, helped matters. Unable to pay for room by Mastercard, which was a blow. Next day, I had to find cash to pay for the room. So, be prepared. I stayed on level 15. The room was clean, bed comfortable, good bathroom and shower. Very good air-con too, but instructions are in Chinese. No fridge in the room, which was inconvenient. Taxis were passing by the hotel all the time and the metro is 4 minutes away. Nearby is a very good restaurant, Hongkong Sun Fat Roast Restaurant is just 6 minutes away. The menu has English writing underneath large photos. I ate there a few nights and all good.

Easy accessibility’ plenty eatery shps,supermarkets within vicinity.

Only thing is i hv opt for 2 bed for 2 person but was given a single big bed i hv to share wif my mother

only Chinese food.. and no proper cleaning, we can see the kitchen while eating the food.. kitchen is on the top floor.. only 1 or 2 staffs absolutely its not acceptable.. :(

No one can speak English at the hotel, while check-in time I have wasted more than 1 hour as I have tried to check-in previous day ie. 11th Oct and I paid extra too and I got room which is equal to dusbin room . :( totally disagree... Also there was NO MASSAGE AT ALL........... no head massage, hand massage, back massage, neck massage, foot massage at all which you have mentioned while booking
