Nice studio appartment, just perfect. Terrace has morning sun between 9-10 (winter) just in one corner, but this side of the building has no noise from the main street which is on the other side of the building. Beds, towels, kitchen things all fine, thanks. 6th floor.

Loved the apartment. It has everything you could possibly want there, I was very impressed. Also very clean and check in was easy. Would go back.

Could hear people in the other apartment snoring. I'm a very light sleeper. Ear plugs sorted it though

Excellent View of Mt Teide, the ocean and palm trees. The apartment has an outdoor terrace with table, chairs and loungers, super comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, beautiful pool with separate kiddie area, loungers and umbrellas. Host greeted us, he was very helpful, quick responses. When my wife broke her ankle they located stores for crutches and a pharmacy for meds. We can not thank them enough for their kindness. The building is quiet, restful, well maintained and has an elevator. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and a kiddie park. There is even a night desk clerk. Beautiful birdsong throught the day .

Javier is a very kind host, the apartment, as well as the pool area are extremely clean, from the balcony we had views above the ocean and teide! We had an amazing stay ☀️

You could hear the cars on the main road, had to keep the windows closed, but with windows shut, you can’t hear a noise!
