The rooms, beach and view from the baöcony are reall nice. Also, it is close to Heraklion, the airport and the vineyards. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Perfect for a few relaxing days with lots of beach time.

Unfortunately, the hotel is also close to an old power plant which doesn't look too nice but it is not a big problemand apparently should be closed down in the next years.

The staff is super friendly and kind. The location is very quiet and has a private parking. It was newly renovated so everything was new an clean. If you stay there I highly recommend to book with breakfast and dinner because the food was amazing.

Staff was wonderful: very helpful and friendly. Location: by the sea- sea front/ nice view to tge sea. Convenient for drives/ trip to Heraklion and into the interior. Facilities were very comfortable. Beach in that whole area was not as sandy as other parts of Crete. I beleve a power plant was near by-- view to the west of the area.

The staff is incredible! We were greeted outside by the chef when we arrived. We were given a tour. Made sure we were happy with our room. The included breakfast (we paid for the upgrade when we booked) was amazing. Highly recommend it. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also great! Included beach loungers, bed, and bean bags for guests. Beach was right there! Not far off the highway. It's a really spectacular family beach hotel.

Wished there was a safe in the room, but you can rent one for an extra fee. The beach view was obstructed by the restaurant. And everyone in the restaurant could see us, so we had to keep our blinds shut. But it was nice to listen to the waves.

Yianna is the best choice for the people who wanna spend vacation near the sea, in a clean and comfortable place. 🏖 All the staff is welcoming, kind and helpfull. They make you feel like at home !! 🏠 Really, i felt very very calm and happy there,what i think is important. The room was big enough,clean with a balcony, sea view and everything U need. 🏨🌊 FOOD - one of the best i've ever eaten before!! For the breakfast a buffet is served and dinner is chosen from the menu. 🍳🥗 I have to mention delicious coctails too 🥃🍹 To each their own, but if you are looking for something perfect go with these guys ! 👌 I don't use to visit same places more times but in this case I'll make an exception. And last but not the least the staff is amazing, I have never met in any of the places from different countries I have been ,such friendly , helpful people. When I will visit Greece again definitely I am going to stay with them.

Wi-fi in the room was bad. Almost impossible to use it.

The interaction with the hotel staff was excellent. Very close to the beach and the sea and not very crowded.

The room was not what we expected, both in terms of quality-price and cleanliness in the bathroom, the room is not soundproofed.

The location, the cleanliness, the professional and friendly staffs and the food all were excellent.

A few small things - alongwith the breakfast the price of which was included in the room tariff you had to pay for the coffee which we found surprising. The Greek coffee was available free but normally most of the international tourists need good coffee and tea. We had a junior suite and yet the rooms had no tea, coffee maker. The first day we got water from the hotel but thereafter even water was not supplied. These things costs nothing yet they can build amazing values to the customer.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! Delicious breakfast with freshly cooked omelettes, pancakes, eggs, etc and full buffet with loads of choice. Great location right on the beach and restaurant serving delicious food. Waiter service to the free exceedingly comfortable sunbeds and beanbags on the sandy beach. V friendly and attentive staff throughout, and helpful and welcoming reception staff. Room was ready before the official check in time and they were v helpful sorting taxis etc for us. It really felt like a 5 star hotel, can’t think of anything to be improved. We will be back!
