Beautifully appointed room and spectacular terrace. Very peaceful. The building is in a delightful historic square and the whole village is a little jewel. The owner is super-helpful and welcoming.

It’s a lovely place within the old town of Spoltore. From the roof terrace you can enjoy an awesome view. Loredana is a wonderful host! The room was very nice and super clean.

For breakfast there could be a greater variety (e.g. fruits, cheese/ham, cereals).

Very nice, clean, boutique type hotel in Spoltore with very good breakfast in tarrase with beatifull view. The hotel is located in very center of city ( no problem with parking)

Parking not easy

Great location and great value for money as the included breakfast is very tasty. The room was excellent with great views from the balcony of the old town and surrounding hills. Our host was extremely accommodating - giving us directions ahead of our arrival and booking us a table at a local pizzeria. Anyone looking for a quiet stay in rural Italy should stay here!

The B&B is located in the center of the old town. As soon as we arrived, we understood why the owners immediately fell in love with the town and the location. So did we. A perfect place to wander around in the narrow streets and try to find your way back via the many stairs. The old town is located on the hill, with many steep streets or stairs. The quadruple room is actually a little apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and small terras. Loredana was very helpfull explaining the best places to visit, and even borrowed us an umbrella for the beach. Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights, so we couldn't visit all places she recommended. Parking is available on the streets (the access to the square is no longer allowed).

We didn't like to leave after only 2 nights.
