Everything was perfect, the room very clean, the staff very kind and helpful. Also, the pool was very big with gorgeous view.

The service from staff was great in every area, we received a lovely welcome and when the room was not ready for check-in we were given access to the lounge/cafe with complementary ice cream, which was a nice addition. The cleaning team were swift and thorough, the breakfast team always very friendly and attentive, we even appreciated the security assisting as a crossing guard as the street outside is always quite busy to get across. The room is a nice size, well decorated with large bed and small seating area and the selection at breakfast was enough to cater to most guests needs.

The hotel itself is not on the beach front, and as the walk to get there was no problem for us we could easily see how it could be a problem if we were not as keen walkers or as physically capable. There was a slightly off putting smell from the drains in the bathroom, but we have experienced that in other hotels in the area too.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing for an early check in when we arrived before the 2pm check in. We had an issue with bugs in our room two separate evenings but it was sorted upon request. The hotel is very clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. They hold events every couple of days, for example the owl conservation project visited during our day which was interesting to visit.

The rooftop restaurant ‘’Roost’ is severely overpriced. We were charged €8 for two cappuccinos which given the price outside the hotel, was extortionate. We also made the mistake of availing of the hotels laundry service where our clothes were shrunk and came back with logos/designs peeling off both jerseys & T-shirts. The pool was really nice but only had x6 sun beds which were normally taken up with no where else to relax in the sun as the rooftop bar is covered.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, always go out their way to greet you. Pool is nice on the rooftop and the bar/restaurant is amazing.

We loved our stay - only downside is that the hotel is not finished yet and the floor above our were still having work done. Lots of moving furniture/banging early morning and into the night time. We wouldn’t usually mind but this was our last stop before the airport so didn’t manage to get a lot of sleep.

Loved the hotel! It’s very close to the beach and it has a pool in the top of the building. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the views were towards nature which made it very cozy. In addition we met the owner of the hotel and he was very welcoming, and inviting, such a nice guy. We would like to go back.

The food of the restaurant was expensive with average quality. The burgers and wings were good but everything else that we tried was a bit disappointing expensive in comparison to other prices in Bali and tasteless. Everything else was great!

The stuff was so rude! soundproofing it was zero we tried to put our kids to sleep and they come and said to don’t shout the kid never we have experience in all the world that we couldn’t do anything in the hotel and we said everytime to our kids to stop do everything! They never change the sheets and towels! The swimming pool it was on roof top without any shadow for kids or even for us ! Not recommend if you want to have clean and relax holidays!

Roof top terraze was nice, and the first day when we stayed at the hotel, they served the breakfast there.

Unfortunatly the breakfast was moved to an indoor room on the third floor, which was noisy and not very nice. The black coffee they served tasted chlorin and was lukewarm. If you wanted another coffee form the coffeemachine, you had to pay extra. The balcony was very small and had only one small chair. There was no drying rack for wet clothes.

We decided last minute to stay in Nusa Dua to check out the area. The Nest was available, and for a decent price. The staff were lovely & friendly. The hotel was quite tastefully decorated. Our room was pleasant & well equipped, but a little small comparing to the others we've stayed in (but in fairness about the size of a typical "western" hotel room in any "western" city). Breakfast was nice. We had a very short stay, so we didn't use the hotel's rooftop pool or terrace. The hotel is almost on the beach (just across the road and a couple of minutes walk away).

the room was amazing with a huge bed and fantastic bathroom. the roof top pool and restaurant with the friendly staff was wonderful. I had great views from my balcony. There was good aircon in the room. food was outstanding and they accommodated my dietary requirements really well. the staff couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcome and make my stay wonderful

Very good breakfast served in the nest shaped restaurant on the 6th floor. The hotel is not very close to the beach, but there is near a beautiful promenade in the area, the road leading to the Bali Collection complex (or you can use the shuttle bus). The room is clean.

The windows are not very well insulated, so you can hear all the noises from outside: roosters, traffic or rain. During the time we were staying, the facade of the building was being renovated, which could be uncomfortable for some people.
