Location was amazing. Small walk away from the clock and old town. The host at the reception was brilliant. As we had a delay on our flight our arrival time changed dramatically and the host waited and reassured us: The room was big and clean. Had everything you needed

The location is perfect, 2 mins walking from the main square in the old town and the astronomical clock. The room was very clean and warm, located in a nice building. The shower was amazing too:) everything worked efficiently!

the breakfast is not provided but we had a kettle and a selection of teas and coffee in our room, anyway a coffe machine would be cooler:) just saying ahahah if you look for services like breakfast/ restaurant and sauna or gym this you can’t find it there, but if you look for a cozy room in the very old center to sleep and recharge in order to explore and live Prague completely than this accomodation is perfect, warm, clean and central🤩

Centrally situated with nice decor. Bathrooms are clean, lovely and large.

Their appliances were broken, their staff were unwilling to help and there was a box in the corner of our room that whirred and clicked day and night.

The hotel is near the city center and in a nice and calm street. The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying at Gorgeus Prague Room.

It was noisy and not clean, we told the receptionist and nothing was done till the end. The apartment was ols and not well cleaned

Great location, just 5 min walk from main square, spotlessly clean, great size and had everything we could need for our 3 day break, cleaner came in every day and gave us clean towels and tidied our room!

We had a nice 3-night stay here, with an excellent location for being close to the Old Town. Easy check in and out, and the room was spacious. Due to the bed, I wouldn't stay here longer than a weekend. No breakfast at the location, but that's just an good excuse to try some of the nearby excellent places for breakfast. The Cafe recommended by the hotel was cute and the food was nice.

The bed was not very comfortable. The mattress was hard, and on the third night I began to notice it on my back. Fine for a short stay

I stayed in 206 and there was a central heating on the hallway of the room. this was very noisy and i had no way to control it. i tried to contact the venue through booking.com app but i never received a message back.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the main square and tourist sites! Room was clean, hot water, smart TV, couldn't ask for more.

Mattress is very hard and would have liked extra pillow in room as an option.

The room was clean

The only thing that this place needs is air conditioning. I didn't realise it didn't have it. It wasn't even that hot in Prague when we were there (though it was summer) but because the room is so high up in the building, it holds heat like crazy. It was shocking when I first opened the door, I thought a heater had been left on. There is a fan, and we had to sleep with the windows wide open each night. We did sleep which was lucky, but it just wasn't a pleasure to come back to at the end of a big day. Other places are the same price if not cheaper but have air conditioning.

The room was located in a building near the reception area. The building was 5 floors, 4 of which belonged to the hotel. It was quiet and clean and very easy to get to with excellent proximity to the old town square. The room was nice, modern, extremely clean with very good water pressure and hot water. What we loved was that it was very, very quiet. We never heard any noise from the next room over even though we met the family in the hallway once. It was probably the most peacefully quiet hotel we have ever stayed in. Excellent. Also nice warm and heavy duvets.

Upon check in, we booked a taxi to the airport for the date and time we were leaving. That morning we came to the reception to leave our bags since we were not departing until after check out. We confirmed our taxi for 2:30 and went to lunch. When we returned a new person was at the desk, she said, oh your taxi was for noon. We said no, it was for 2:30 and we have confirmed that twice. Then she said, well this other couple paid in advance so they are taking the taxi at 2:30 and you will need to wait five more minutes for another one. Disappointing. Also, the price uber gave for a ride to the airport was 10 euro cheaper than what we ended up paying this taxi that did not come until 2:40.
