just the microwave didn’t work but these things happen and can be sorted easy. if you could add a little shelf in the bathroom for bits that would be very handy as there was little space just a suggestion.

Very nice little apartment conveniently located close to Queen Street station. Well equipped, comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night but would definitely book again for a longer stay in the city.

Spacious, and lovely and warm!

Stayed there twice in two weeks. Apartment no.8 both times. Still can't believe it's a studio. It's very big. Kitchen is superb. Bathroom is lovely. Need to run the shower or hot taps for a wee bit till the hot water gets there and it is roasting. There's everything you could possibly need in the many cupboards and drawers. Wee dishwasher. Washer/dryer. Luggage storage up in the attic area that you can use anytime on day of arrival/departure. The central heating is great with a Nest controller. I've stayed in a few of their places in Glasgow,that were also very good but this was by far the best.

No coat hooks in hall and more comfy sofas

Lovely cosy apartment in the heart of the city centre with perfect access to all shops, bars, restaurants and transport links. Check in was nice and easy.

plug for bath didn’t help retain water which was a little disappointing as I’d been really looking forward to a nice bath - that would be my only gripe.

The space was clean and well equipped, quieter than expected in a downtown location, and the bed was comfortable

If I had to make improvements, I would replace the sofa, which was a bit but worn. I would have liked better coffee and coffee making ability (although having cafe Nero downstairs worked out). I would also add a coat rack or hooks in the entry. It was very rainy and there was nowhere to hang coats, hats and scarfs without dripping through the flat.

Very central & good amenities nearby. Parking right next to the property. It has everything you would need & was clean and comfortable.

Centrally located, clean appartement, not noisy once you close the windows. Comfortable bed.

location is in the middle of the Center walking distance to the train station toilet is very clean and shower bath smells amazing

very noisy at night, the windows is not sound proof. they don't have reception , and the communication was very bad. The day of arrival I received the details about the apartment and they requested to download their application in case I need anything. I told them I couldn't since it shows not available so I asked what is the alternative way to communicate, and the responded : by email!! they seems they only read the emails during working hours, I listed all the things I need in one email , their respond didn't cover all what I requested for. like to know where to put the trash when it is full since I'm staying for 7 days and toilet paper I have yo send an email and wait!! I tried to contact them to get mattress to put it on the sofa bed because it was not comfortable but the provided me with extra bed !! I told them I don't need it but they just ignored me and it stayed there for the rest of my stay and I didn't get what I want room is not clean and I inform them but they didn't care! I asked them if you have fans and I didn't get response.

The property was centrally located. It was a spacious apartment. nicely decorated.

The linens had not been changed between guests, bedding with hairs between sheets and on the pillows along with the odour of the previous guests fragrance. some of the crockery was dirty. dust and dirt on countertops, skirting and in microwave. toilet had specks of poop. Because of the hygiene concerns and Covid I was at this property for 2 hours and 15 minutes on the phone to booking.com and finding alternative accommodation. I am still awaiting my promises full refund for the two nights.
