it was a really great hotel stay that was very worth it. the beds were comfortable and the shower was great and hot. the best thing was the valet for our parking.

The room temperature went up as the weather got warmer and there was no aircond. Travelers from tropical countries like my country Malaysia wouldn’t get use to this kind of setting.

Careful of parking enforcement camera... Staff did not inform us of this and directed us to park at a specific spot. While I understand that the carpark is not suitable for SUV and bigger vehicle, the hotel should have allowed us to park by the dropoff point to unload our luggages. Instead of doing so they directed me to park by the side and did not mention about parking enforcement camera. I only receive the parking fine after I returned the vehicle 2 days later. Hotel tried to shirk responsibility and did not want to reimburse for the fine. Went all ways to reiterate that it was customer's fault. Totally not helpful.... Hotel room was average at best but with this "additional fee", it was a pretty bad experience for me

The rooms were very clean, modern and spacious.

The aircon was very loud so it was quite difficult to sleep. The room was also quite hot even when lowering the temperature.

- too early breakfast time - extra costs for pool, gym, etc - one day our room wasn’t completely cleaned - noise from construction site in the morning - curtains not sufficient for light cover - opening times of pool and sauna (closing too early)

it's warm in the room buffet breakfast is offered at the hotel staff can speak English and they're helpful free car parking many nearby restaurants but they're closed soon at night

small room no bath tub the room has windows but no view, all the view is the opposite building

generally clean and comfortable. I had a UPS parcel delivered there and the staff made sure I got it.

slight incline uphill walking from the bus stop where you get off. be prepared for that.

I liked the location and also the helpful staff and also enjoyed the swimming pool downstairs but I did think there would be one outside too

I didn’t like that they didn’t have much food options open and that the outdoor pool was not in working order even with it being 31 c

The check in staff would have smiled. The swimming pool would be opened longer hours and days.

I am very picky and it was clean enough for me. Some of the stuff was really nice but some clearly should not work in hospitality.

Our room was tiny and breakfast was poor for my taste.
