The staff and especially the hotel manager were very kind and helpful! The manager even took us to the city and recommended us a great restaurant and helped us check movies and the mall. There is a nice game room with playstation and basketball. The pool is great and has a terrific view and an outdoor jacuzzi (we also had a jacuzzi in the room).

Wonderful amenities around the hotel and within the room as well. We were especially impressed by the rooftop terrace that had a refreshing view, the swimming pool and the secret garden trail- which was our favourite!! The room we stayed in also had a lovely bathtub with a great view of the scenery outside! It was also convenient to park thanks to the car park in the property. The hotel was also a convenient drive away from Seogwipo city, and also good enough to make day trips to other parts of Jeju. We would like to specially thank Alex Lee, one of the amazing concierge staff who even personally prepared a fantastic list of restaurants for the guests staying here. Thanks to his friendliness and great service, we were further able to enjoy our stay in Jeju, in addition to having a delicious meal at a restaurant that locals frequent.

The room is comfortable, temperature control was good, WiFi was fast and stable, and the hot tub was a really nice thing to have in a room. The outdoor warm pool was great and a small rooftop was nice (though it was quite windy in December). Location is good, in a quiet and cozy place. Staff was nice.

The restaurant works only for breakfast, so you need to go out for lunch. The breakfast was okay - there was a little variety of food (though having steak was great).

Breakfast had good selection. We even had a made to order steak! The heated swimming pool was a treat. We had a short stroll to the rocky beach, which was very picturesque.

I love that the room are clean, comfy and nice. The sea view from our room is nice too. A very comfortable stay for me and my friends. We had a great time.

There was only 1 shower room and I thought it would be better for the room to have 2 shower rooms. This is so that me and my friends do not need to wait and take turns when showering. The master bedroom does not have a shower room but a rest room with a jacuzzi. To be hoenst, I rather have a shower than a jacuzzi.

broken glass on floor by bedside table at check-in that cut me, hotel and staff seemed a bit sleepy overall, ac stopped working for a night and then came back on, pool was heated but no pool bar and no real ambiance or music during stay.
