Didnt meet any staff as it was self service sign in, the room was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels, everything required for our stay. We only stayed overnight and we would stay here again great value for money!

Just one thing was missing and that was milk, thats all that was needed we were otherwise pretty happy with the room and amenities.

Easy to find, excellent location for where I needed to be, friendly and helpful people. Comfortable bed, oodles of clean towels, loved access to the garden, own tea/coffee facilities

Very steep and narrow stairs to room. Nice sunny room but very warm overnight even at the start of November - must confess that we disobeyed the instruction on the heat pump control to not change the settings and had it on cool so we could sleep.

Couldn't fault it

The room was beyond our expectations. It had a very homely feel and the amenities were awesome. The beds were comfortable and the bunk bed in the room was very useful especially with a child. The room was neat and clean. I loved the decor.

The location is perfect for what we wanted to do. Easy walking distances and only a short drive to the city centre. Loved the canine company too.

Booked 6 weeks in advance the night before we were due to arrive (18 hours before) got a phone call saying they had over booked and we couldnt stay the guy was so rude even telling me its not there issue I can find somewhere in middle of town. Would not recommend if you want reliable accommodation.

Too many guests sharing one combined shower/toilet room and small combined kitchenette/laundry. An external toilet near the cabin would be ideal.

The location was ideal for the event we were attending. The room was well priced. The area is quiet and the outlook onto the garden is pleasant. Excellent bathroom facilities. Kitchen small but adequate.

Light left on in foyer area overnight spread light into our room (4) around door way. Meant room wasn’t as dark as I would have liked. I turned it off in early hours of morning but it was turned on again? No obvious reason for this.

All was great. Nice shower and view from the room.

There were people working on the building but at working hours, so all good.

Bruce the host was fantastic with great suggestions for sightseeing. The shower had fantastic pressure. It had a shared kitchen that's well equipped for cooking in. Overall it had everything you needed, but had more of a hostel feel rather than a hotel.
