Second time staying in this property and absolutely loved it again! Host was super easy to work with and the location is perfect for a short getaway! Will always stay here when visiting Fort Worth

The flat is just as described and photographed and the management and hosts were warm, helpful (not that we needed help) and responsive. The neighborhood is experiencing a transformation and we benefitted from the great cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Such a lovely modern space with great amenities, comfortable beds and beautifully appointed living spaces.

Great property, location, and service. The property itself was excellently maintained, clean, and had everything needed for week+ stay. Highly recommend!

Loved this place. Kitchen was so well-stocked that I was able to cook a nice dish for a family Chris party. Flowers, fruit, and cookies were waiting for my arrival. I will return!

Lovely spot, location

Communication with the property was amazing! I have never received responses so quick from any other booking. I cannot rave about this place enough. It is beautiful and clean! The area is nice with eating and shopping close by. I take a trip to Fort Worth every year and I will definitely be booking at this same location.

My sister, best friend and I came to Fort Worth to see Paul McCartney! We love this property! Everything is perfect here, kitchen is fully equipped, beds are SO comfortable, and our host even left us wine and cookies. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect place in a great location in Fort Worth!

Wonderful

This is probably our 6th or 7th time to stay at the listing. It is always wonderful to arrive with cookies, fruit and water waiting for our arrival. The pictures are spot on and the vrbo is in the perfect location. This visit we went to the zoo and the rodeo at the stockyards where each drive was less than 15 minutes away. You cannot beat how close the townhome is to everything in Fort Worth. We will be back! Thank you to our host!

House is great! Very modern and cute! Great location with lots of cool restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Hosts are wonderful and it is well stocked!

We stayed in this townhome for a related work trip. Great location, the townhome was looks like the pictures in the posting (adorable), and our host was very responsive. Fresh flowers and cookies were waiting upon arrival.

I had a really enjoyable stay, very clean , comfortable, well stocked kitchen! Thank you for the Welcoming flowers, cookies and wine which were a wonderful surprise! Enjoyed my grandson staying one night and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops! Hope to return for Grandson’s graduation in 2022!

We have stayed here many many times during our visits to Fort Worth. Everything you see posted is spot on. Love staying here close to downtown and close to coffee shops and restaurants. Will always stay here when we are visiting our daughter.

The townhouse was the perfect home base for a long weekend celebrating a family wedding! It was centrally located for hopping on and off the freeway, we walked to coffee (Roots is just down the street!) to Magnolia for BBQ and friends walked down to the speakeasy. Our adult children enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs suite. One who slept on the couch said it was comfortable for a couch! We loved the open floor plan that allowed for everybody to gather and connect. The Property Mngr was prompt in responding to questions and we appreciated the cookies that were out when we arrived, the wine and the coffee! All in all we highly recommend this VRBO and would stay here again! Thanks! Notes: the iron and ironing board are in the laundry room downstairs and the upstairs master shower is open to the bedroom. There is a screen you can set up so you can get some privacy from the living spaces. The upstairs closet in the master bedroom needs a few more hangers.

Had great fun & great location

This was in such a great location. Close to a lot of eateries and coffee shops. The balcony at night was beautiful to be out on while the sun set and the lights on the building began to shine. Everything about the place was phenomenal. From top to bottom, it was just immaculate. We absolutely loved the little touches and the cookies! Definitely a place to stay again and again. It will never disappoint.

I have lived / traveled to FW for about 40 years and this location is in a trendy, developing area of the city called the South Village. 10-15 years ago one would not go here, but now it’s flush with new development including coffee shops, restaurants, and micro-brews. Just 5 minutes drive to the heart of FW, and an easy 15 minute drive to TCU.The property is clean and professionally done (as advertised). Just beware that the upstairs bedroom does not have door so privacy is not there from the main living space. We rented with another couple, and as long as you go to bed at the same time there is no issue but if you expect to stay up later than your other occupant this may not be a place for you (or with other people).

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was just as described. Well stocked and very clean. They even had some welcome gifts! We were able to walk to several places right down the street. Brewery's, restaurant's, coffee houses, etc. The Stockyards were very close by and so fun!!! I would recommend this place and hope to come back for a visit again soon.

This was our first time visiting Fort Worth, and we are so happy we chose to stay at this townhouse. It was immaculately clean and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The extra touches like fresh flowers, cookies, and ice cold beer in the fridge were really nice to arrive to as well. There are plenty of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will definitely return to this property for our next visit.

I believe this is our fourth or fifth time staying in the townhome. There is no other place we would rather stay when we visit our daughter in Fort Worth. The home is exactly as it is advertised on VRBO. Clean, easy access, great hosts, close to great restaurants and coffee shops. We just love the area. We'll definitely be back.

Our overall stay was phenomenal, we were greeted with wine and beer, fresh baked cookies and fresh cut flowers! The cleanliness and amenities were wonderful. The location of the loft is perfect, it’s just as beautiful as in the pictures. 10/10 I absolutely recommend

We loved outlet stay, including the nice little gifts of wine and fruit from the owner. Well stocked and very clean. Nice up and coming neighborhood.

The access to the townhouse and garage were perfect! We loved the attached garage so we didn’t have to unload the car. We even were able to leave behind the moving boxes. Very clean. Wine, flowers, cookies were an added bonus left by the owners. Thank you!
