Rooms are quite dated and not all the facilities worked as expected.

The breakfast was good though the sausages could be softer. The buffet variety was a good balance and they changed it from day to day with an offer of something different everyday. The staff members were truly excellent. Cool collected and always jovial and in control of their respective areas. The reception personnel were great. Ever smiling and very polite. The manager himself took time to talk to me. I really appreciated that. The garden is really amazing with a variety of trees and flowers plus birds singing in the trees. Wonderful place indeed.

The whole place need a bit of renovation. I am glad they are putting new structures to increase the value of the place but its the small things which need attention. Like replacing window handles, AC units and small water leaks. etc. Not very bad though but the sooner small things are attended to the better for the place to maintain its value.

Some of the staff were really nice and it's a good location.

The rooms were dated, everything was falling apart to be honest. We've stayed in other hotels that are better value and seem more up to date. Also they arranged a transfer for us for when we landed at 1am which no driver was present for. After waiting nearly 30 minutes we decided to get our own taxi but then the driver appeared. We paid the driver which he willingly took for then the hotel to charge us for it. I didnt pay but am now being asked to pay as the driver is denying the payment. Also I appreciate it was 2am by the time we arrived but it wasn't a very welcoming welcome from the staff member who was on duty that evening. The whole experience wasn't great for the money we paid.

flexible arrangements to move to the room qe loved when it became free. Very friendly staff and good service including internet connectivity was better this time. Massage and swimming pool were services provided for a good relaxation
