Our room was very clean and seemed very new. There was a sliding door in the room which we were able to close off from the second bed. Train station was a short walk and we were able travel everywhere from there. Cafes & supermarket close by.

Maybe a fully stocked vending machine would be handy.

Ein super tolles, ruhiges und schönes hotel :) Zimmer top sauber, schön gross, Betten super bequem und schön kuschelig ( vermisse ich jetzt schon ) , tolle Ausstattung in der Küche, grosser Esstisch, grosser Kleiderschrank, helles Bad usw. .Super zentrale Lage nur 5-10 min Fußweg zu 2 verschiedenen MRT ( Bahn Stationen ) oder schopping Centers an der Orchard Road entlang. Schnellle Verbindungen überall hin. Supermarkt direkt runter die straße und Hawker um günstig und lecker zu essen :) ein Pool für eine schöne Abkühlung zwischen durch & netter empfang. Ich komme beim nächsten Besuch deffinitiv wieder. Preisleistung Top !!!

Nice apartment (premium 1 bedroom), surprisingly cool even without airco switched on. Shady pool for cooling down after sightseeing. Perfect location with loads of bus lines and close to different MRT stations, orchard road, Clarke quay. Different options for breakfast as well as supermarket within short walking distance Furnished with a lot IKEA furniture. Kitchenette could have had more glasses etc. for 3 people. Would book it again. Thanks!

Excellent location to Fort Canning train station, which is on the downtown line for the Gardens at Bay, China Town, and Little India. The apartments are very clean and full of everything you need. It is expensive for a studio apartment, but Singapore is!

The swimming pool is tiny and needs some TLC and is nowhere near the size it looks in the photos, with only 4 sunlounges

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to the MRT, bus stops, eating venues, supermarket and the shopping malls on Orchard Road. Walking distance to Fort Canning and Clarke Quay. The pool and gym came in handy especially for my 2 boys.

There is no dishwasher. Rooms are a little bit dark due to green walls

1) Final housekeeping day = didn’t give new towels (not enough towels to use) -> other than this, housekeeping was cleanly neatly done 2) 2 bars = located on the street going & coming from the MRT station to the residence (uncomfortable in walking pass them with kids)

Location was perfect for us. Room was clean, comfortable for 3. Staff were friendly and helpful. When we had an aircon issue they addressed it promptly.

A bit noisy. Kids playing in the pool can be heard clearly from the room, and there was a lot of activity during our stay- from furniture change to fire drill.

Housekeeping twice a week

Decent apartment with all the necessary amenities and services. Reasonable price for the location.

Extra bed was not as comfortable.

location is great. it is close to the supermarket and the orchard. the room was clean. the hotel people were nice and friendly. price was somewhat reasonable.

I could not access to the hotel wi-fi. since i had my own wi-fi, i did not use the hotel's one. hope it could be accessible from the time we got into the room.

It was a great time in Singapur. We had everything we needed in our apartament. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had Fair Price supermarket and Sommerset stadion walking distance from our place. Swimming pool and gym was a plus.

No such a thing.

My family and I stayed at this place for nearly a week, and we loved that it was in a quiet corner in River Valley Road. The staff's responsive and helpful, and one of the folks on the evening shift even gave us tips on how we can get to Lau Pa Sat while walking, which made it a great way to see more of the city. I think we also got tips on where to do groceries near the area.

I think the cleaning/housekeeping can be done a bit more often. I imagine that families with older senior citizens and young kids might appreciate the extra help in that regard. Also, I think they could use more adapters/extensions for when folks need to work.

Our room no was 512. We stayed for 9 nights. We are a reasonably active couple in our 70s. The room size was excellent. The staff very helpful especially the gentleman that checked us in. There was a reasonable sized supermarket 6 mins down the road along with a good choice of local food places to eat at. We used the Somerset MRT to get to the zoo etc. Orchard Rd is about a 10 mins walk away. We used Fort Canning MRT to get around that was about a 10 min walk down the road. We also on the first day walked to the hop on hop off bus stop on the yellow route along form Fort Canning. Someone mentioned no hot water in a review. We had an abundance of hot water in our room. The room was serviced twice while we were there and was very tidy and a decent sized bathroom. There was a washing machine/dryer in the room. The swimming pool was great to relax in after a day out in Singapore. Its not overly deep but is great just to relax and cool off in. If in our travels we go back to Singapore we would defiantly stay here. For us the room was great the staff great and it was central for all we had planned to do in Singapore.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

I love it that it’s very clean and the staff are honest, nothing went missing, and the front counter staff were patient, obliging and helpful. I want to especially thank Nazurah for her helpfulness and patience with our requests and questions.

The sofa bed was a little hard.

-friendly staff -dog friendly -great walking distance to both Robertson Walk/Somerset/Fort Canning

-washer/dryer combo-takes so much time to dry -bathroom drainage cover wasn’t in good design that it caused over flow someone takes shower (caused floor mat get wet immediately), it took us a while to figure out until we removed the cover aside while using-solved the problem.
