I liked the location, in a calm street but very near to the beach and main streets. From balcony you can see beautiful sunset. Room is cute, I liked it.

Chairs on the balcony are very hard and so comfortable to seat, I would suggest to change them to some more comfy options 😊 We couldn’t find the socket near the table where the kettle was…

Very close to beach 5min walk plus lots of cafes & massage shops around, staff was welcoming, great value for location and seaview, good & tasty breakfast but not the buffet sort, safe & walkable to town centers pref via the beaches

Needed to ask for hangers, ‘do not disturb’ sign was not in room, a tad of a musky smell in room, towels look dull and off white, pillows only one each for 2 adults per room, our toilet was more of a wet toilet as the shower water got all over the toilet floor

Property was in a good location, clean and staff were super friendly.

There was ants in the room

large comfy bed. pool was great. location was close to good cafes and Revolver cafe.

facilities inside the villa were poor. shower head was broken and a torrent of water came out rather than a spray. kitchen sink was rusty. toilet did not appear to be attached to the floor properly. constant water leaking on bathroom floor. needs comfortable lounges. cleaning was not thorough.

totally over priced for the facility and room size. tv didn’t have cable. breakfast was terrible, served in a hall, not much variety. it’s is not a resort as stated on their website it’s a very ordinary hotel.

The pool was good the staff where great breakfast was nice

The manager and staff were extremely helpful in moving us to a room at one of their 3 bedroom villas at no extra cost, after a sleepless night in our first room due to noisy guests. We are very grateful for their quick action and allowing us to move for the extra night.

On the first night we booked the Nalayan Suite. Unfortunately we did not realise that this was in a separate section of the hotel, up a flight of stairs and 1 of 2 suits with a shared balcony. Unluckily we had extremely noisy guests who played loud music on the balcony until 1am, with us getting no sleep. In addition, the room did not seem to be cleaned properly, as we only had one roll of half used toilet paper and upon closer inspection the bathroom was quiet dirty and needed a proper scrub.

I stayed in a double room, was similar/If not better than a hotel. Still have the option to sit by pool and chance to meet people

All fine- could have had note that will need 300k cash (about £15) as security deposit

it was great having a private pool.

it was old and run down, the gardens hadn’t been attended to, it was filled with mozzies, the showers were scolding hot after one minute of use no matter what temperature you chose. did not look like the photos at all. the baby cot we were provided broke, the tiles around the pool are slippery and dangerous, the towels smelt and were stained

Bed was good and aircon too! Enough space for one

Poolarea was bit poor. Also it’s very close to the center but annoying to get there by walk, with the scooter no problem!

Didn't have standard amenities which other villas have. Had a weird smell in one of the bathrooms from outside. Alir of construction happening.

Very nice people and good breakfast. Location is very near to batu Balong Beach.

On the pictures it looked like a more spacious ambience but the pool was right next to a sidestreet so not very inviting but nice to sit on the end of your day

The room was great, very spacious, very comfortable king size bed, perfect location, next to everything. Very friendly stuff.

Lovely staff, the location near to the beach. Also beautiful view on Canggu and the ocean.

The noise. Rooms are not well isolated and you can hear noises from the hotel, people coming late to their rooms, doing noise. In the morning the stuff cleaning the rooms, talking laud on each other on the hallway. They started quite early so it’s not good if you like to sleep and you are sensitive on noises. Also there was many noises from building new buildings around, since 7am drills, hammering metal, etc. I didn’t like the rooftop swimming pool area that would have so much potential to make it cozier, put on wooden floor instead of the green crumbling carper, some plants, umbrellas. Also the breakfast could be better. I eat healthy so I couldn’t pick up there anything and I was going to another place.
