nice stay , staff are very co operative , ladies alone can stay safe here , we went 5 family members all ladies and four elders . staff cared us like their family elders . Guide Mr Misra Ji is so good , very patiently he explained us everything. we loved this stay

staff is absolutely wonderful. you are a minute away from the ghats and the small alleyways.

Really great central ghatt location. We stayed on the ground floor with its own private courtyard which the courtyard has access to a balcony from where you can see the river and main ghatt. Really friendly and and helpful support staff, always helpful. Has a great rooftop to watch all the action on the ghatts. Felt a safe and friendly area in the back streets. We found the easiest way to find the hotel was to walk down the main road to the ghatts and walk along the river’s edge to the hotel but there are steep steps if you have heavy bags, it’s not too bad to find off the back streets.

Nothing negative just watch out for the monkeys stealing your drink. Room was basic but comfortable and clean.

- 1 star hotel, not fair to compare with 3-4 star about equipment for sure . Should accept; —-The wet floor after shower is STD in IND but difficult for us. —- Isolation is weak for noise and temperature. —- Bedclothes are not completely dry ( clean though) - Breakfast starts lately (8:15-) so not convenient for early departure.

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the facilities were very good. Location is kind of the best and the worst part about this hotel. I say this because it is very difficult to find at once specially at night(contact the hotel, the staff met us midway and walked with us to the hotel), but at the same time it allows you to view the sunrise on the Ganga river from the comfort of your room!

Very small room. No balcony in our double bed room, only a widow facing the river.

It was very nice to let us in the room before chek in time. Staff was very friendly. Roof terasse is really nice. They help us to print our flight tickets.

We were a bit scare of monkeys.

The proximity to Dashashwamedh ghat, the view of Ganga are great plus.The property is on Rana Ghat and is a historic building

Nothing much other than the accessibility from main road which is through narrow gully roads (but it's directly accessible from banks of Ganga)

The only USP is their location on the ghats which ensures the best views from the room and plenty of fresh air from Ganga. Nothing apart from this really stood out.

Rooms were damp and water dripping from the toilet. Room too small for a deluxe standard and ceiling too low, bit claustrophobic. Food quality not good in the restaurant. Staff honest and very helpful.

location within the old city was fantastic was best part of this place, and is directly on the river Ganges but could not walk along the ghats at all due high water. so each ghat was isolated and only accessible from within the streets. breakfast was nice and a chai on the restaurant terrace at night was lovely. staff friendly.

cleanliness not very good, room very damp smelling as no ventilation. also the rooms are very old and need repairs. shower tap constantly leaking, hot water for only a few seconds. staff were friendly but at same time constantly interfering into conversations.
