Very poor breakfast. Only indian and poor quality. During the tour on the Ganga the guide spoke only in hindi eventhough the other family on the boat could speak English. He did not bother. Very rude. He also asked for a tip afterwards.

Located on the Ganges. Room with a river view was excellent. Morning yoga class to start off the day was great.

Excellent breakfast. Hot food was also there. They changed the menu everyday. Restaurant serves good lunch and dinner also. Evening classical music session was great so was complimentary boat ride for Ganga arti. You can access the Ghat from early morning till late night. View of the terrace is awesome.

Access to the hotel is through narrow and dimly lit alleyway. Not good for kids and disabled. Once you are at the property, you forget the hardship.

The hotel was conveniently located for our needs as we were there to perform religious rituals on the ghats. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel and the room had all the necessary amenities. The restaurant provided excellent food and was willing to accommodate our special dietary needs. We also appreciated the free entertainment (Indian music and singing) provided every evening. All hotel employees were always friendly, courteous and professional and they were willing to assist when we had special requests. Mr Uday, Mr. Krishna Gopal Pandey and Mr. Brahma Kumar provided exceptional service during our stay.

The property is bang on Shivala Ghat. You can see sunrise above the Ganges from your room; (Our's was Room No 103). It's in close proximity to Assi Ghat and Biswanath Temple. They've provided a guide (Pratik Mishra) with is whoade our stay much special who would take you to best places to visit and famous local cuisines. The property organizes classic concert ech evening which is awesome

The location, ambience and staff are very good. The evening boat tour along with watching of Ganga arti is really enjoyable

The location was perfect, Ganges right on its doorstep. Attentive staff that was always willing to go above and beyond. The beautifully maintained balcony was the cherry on the top.

Nothing to do with the property, the humidity from the Ganges is intense.

I only liked the monkeys on the rooftop of this hotel

Not worth the money. Food is too expensive.Better to stay in a cheaper hotel. There are other 5 star hotels at cheaper rate and its 100 times better than this. The reason they charge so high is cause of sivala ghat view which isnt great either. It's a 2 star hotel. Taxis cant reach the location and the taxi driver told me there are better options.Never book this hotel. The Guy who carried my luggage to the taxi stand charged me 100 Rs. (Returning back) Wifi is poor

Hotel style, music in patio for guests.

Poor breakfast, almost no internet (to do fly checkin, sent email impossible). In the wind, a lot of noise at night due to the broken roof of the hotel - metal plates playing their music - it does not bother the staff, but the guest who wants to sleep definitely yes.
