Very Near to temple, 600 m away. If not using car or taxi, this place ok.

It's situated in a very crowded street, that too it is way inside from the road. Car is not permitted to this road when pilgrims are more.

The hotel is located in a prime location and easily accessible to temple and Ghats. We stayed here with old people and found this place is a great stay from location perspective. Reception team is really helpful in providing help anytime round the clock. Facilities are good and cafe is great. The wide varieties of items and ambience in Cafe are great. Even though the road is noisy and loud, the hotel location is a bit inside so the stay is pleasant. Internet speed is okay only but good thing is multiple Wi-Fi networks are available so overall it is acceptable.

Economy rooms are old and not cleaned or well maintained by housekeeping staff The request to change the room was not accepted and didn’t followed up. We ended up staying in economy room which was not maintained well and getting foul stinky smell in bathroom. House keeping management is not sympathetic about guests. Instructions within the room are quite confusing. In some rooms, the AC is not working. Even though it is centralised AC and showing 18deg but in reality it is more than 24 Deg C. We addressed it to reception but didn’t get proper resolution.

Good value for money. Despite the big confusion of the city, the hotel is located at the end of a quiet little street. The staff at the reception was very nice, particularly Mr Sonu.

while checking out I left my wallet inb the room and released after reaching airport . I called the hotel and they assured , they will find it and update me. After two days they called me and said they found and they are sending though courier to my address. Thank you

The location was very near to temple. The staff were verymuch cooperative and ready to help.

The noisy road

The staff and food was good. The location is excellent if the purpose is solely to visit the Kashi Viswanath Temple.

The rooms are small. Reaching the hotel is a huge problem as the road to the hotel gate is closed for 12 hours during the day. The bed was uncomfortable in the room alloted to me (poor quality spring mattress). The breakfast options are very limited.

The hotel is very close to the Dashaswamedh ghat, vishwanath temple, shopping center and other main attractions. The hotel staff are very humble, helpful and excellent. All the tour arrangements they made were very good. The breakfast is extremely tasty and even lunch / dinner menu is also very delicious. The rooms are of comfortable size.

The furniture in the room & bathroom is old and worn out - needs replacement. The breakfast start time of 8 AM is late for early risers.

Two things .. proximity and staff. The hotel is close to the main Vishwanath temple … as close to the temple as vehicles are allowed beyond which you need a two wheeler to get any closer. I chose this due its proximity so that my mother who has mobility issues could manage to get to the temple and the ghats .. there is about 100 meter walk from the road - where cars drop people off -to the front door of the hotel that had to be slowly negotiated by my mother. We did end up hiring a man with a wheelchair from the temple (gate4) who, for a fee, was able to wheel my mother both to the temple and the top of the ghats. The staff were excellent at the property - courteous, polite, friendly and helpful. I have to mention Suhail in the restaurant on the second floor and the guard at the gate ..I regret not getting his name.. they were both particularly helpful and friendly young men.

We were not impressed by the city tour organised at the front desk - the particular driver we got on the day was an irritable character ..unprofessional and had no knowledge of the city - this was our only bad experience throughout our stay and I did provide this feedback to the hotel. If I had to do this again, I would research specific travel companies that specialise in tours - I only booked this at the front desk as I thought it would be easier for my mother with mobility restrictions to be picked up and dropped off at the door.

Location at walking distance from Dashashwamedh Ghat and Kashi Vishwanath. The rooms were clean, food was good. Prices are high but reasonable if you check the avg cost of accommodation in this area.

Since it is a SmallBungalow-turned-hotel, rooms are small and less spacious. Parking space for not more than 2 cars.

The Property is very Good easily accessible from near by touristic places and family Friendly , With very helpful and friendly staff .

Hotel is located very near to the Visvanath temple and you can walk to the temple. Rooms were big and hotel food was good as well. Room service was excellent and friendly staffs too.

Overall good place to stay but room was old and bathroom needs little bit of TLC.
