Our host was very helpful and gave us plenty of options for things to see and do in and around Modica. He drove us to a parking lot to show us where we could park our car for free, then drove us back to the apartment. On the way back he even took a lengthy detour to show us the best scenic viewpoint over the city. It was all really above and beyond what we expected. Thanks again for your generosity, we really enjoyed our stay!

Giovanni was in constant touch with us on WhatsApp regarding the arrival procedure. He met us on site and helped us move in. Explained the sight-seeing in Modica and nearby towns. Giovanni then showed us where to park our car for free for 2 nights. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and really cool during the warm weather. It is close to the main sights. Best value for money in our 12 day stay in Sicily

only the builders downstairs drilling but that was temporary and not the apartments fault

This is a beautiful, fabulous apartment in a great location! It's one of the nicest places we have stayed! Giovanni was so helpful with early check-in, holding bags at check-out, and restaurant suggestions. Comfortable large, bed and nice, hot shower. This is a spacious apartment. Nice kitchen with a dishwasher, everything is new and modern. Happy to have a washing machine too! We loved Giovanni's suggestion of Ricotta & Co., Mangiare di Casa! The ricotta ravioli with butter and sage was heavenly!

Giovanni is a fantastic host, getting in touch with us beforehand for the key collection. He met us at the property to give us the key, showed us where to park for free and then recommended places for excursions, restaurants etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean, 2 separate well-sized bedrooms, a very nice balcony. Location-wise is very convenient for all attractions in Modica.

Small detail, but the pillows could have been better, to match how comfy the bed was.

The apartament is conveniently located for sightseeing, it is well equipped and tastefully designed. The host is very friendly and helpful, he shared his passion for the city with us by giving us a little tour and telling about interesting places to visit in Modica and neighbouring towns.

well equipped, comfortable apartment in the heart of the old city. lovely large patio. Free parking 300 meters away. the welcome from our host was exceptional, he took us a tour of the apartment, the area and the tourist office to introduce us to Modica.

a few condiments in the kitchen (pepper, salt, olive oil) would have been a nice bonus, but coffee was provided which was most appreciated.

Warm welcome by Giovanni who helped us unpack before showing us where to park, and even taking us to the tourist info. The apartment is in a very central location, and is clean and comfortable. We appreciated the heating in April.

No view of Modica or outside space in the Bordeaux apartment but I should have known that when booking!

I can only confirm what others have already said: excellent facilities in a typical old building restored to high standards. Living room and kitchen, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms on the main floor. The second bedroom with a small nice balcony furnished with a table and 2 chairs is upstairs. The facility is on a first floor which is reached via a small staircase. Natural light and windows on all rooms for fresh air which is a huge plus and a rarity as buildings in the old centre of towns in the area tend to be ground floor with a bedroom in the basement and sometimes don't have natural light. Spotlessly clean, excellently equipped kitchen( washer, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine (pods), TVs in bedrooms and livingroom, good wifi. Our best accommodation in Sicily. Quality of a 4 star hotel, giving you a taste of what it is like to live like the locals in the towns historical centre. OH, and a very helpful and caring Giovani!!

It is not a minus of the facility at all but just be aware that reviews are about 2 different facilities in the same building. Ours was a beaitiful 2-bedroom apartment (called Rubino) and it comes with a smaller balcony than I expected when reading reviews but the balcony still met the needs of the smokers in our group of 4.

Location was very good, central and easy to go to old Town. Owner was very kind and even it was late in the evening he was there to open the room, explain everything and recommending a place for the rental car. Lot's of nice restaurants. Really enjoyed the days in Sicilie Modica

Perfect place for a long or short stay in Modica. You have everything you need in this tastefully furnished apartment and you are walking distance to shops, restaurants, everything. You also have a huge and lovely outside space on the terrace. Most comfortable bed in Sicily. However the best part is the host Giovanni who gave us a warm welcome and went out of his way to help us with recommendations and things to do and see. He even drove us to the bus station when we checked out. Thank you for everything Giovanni. We really hope to come back soon!

The apartment is in an old building but it has been renovated to high standards whilst retaining some features of the building structure. It is very tastefully decorated in white. A spacious balcony. Very central location and free parking 10 minutes away. The host Iolanda was very responsive and helpful.

The apartment is beautifully furnished in an old but renovated building just right in the center of Modica. The terrace would be large enough to play a small game of football!

Parking. Not the fault of the accomodation but it can be difficult at times to find a spot.
