it was very spacious, high ceilings, quiet neighborhood, easy walk into town. Check in was very easy with the code, I was afraid I wasn't going to get in=t on time because I didnt have cellular data but I received it early enough that I could use airport wifi to access it and check in was smooth and seamless.

Loved how much space we had, how modern and clean the room was. We will definitely use Numa again but maybe not this location. Our apartment had two bathrooms which was really nice. This would be a great place for young adults or young couples to stay.

We were concerned when we saw that there were earplugs on the nightstand but the noise from the other rooms was unbearable. There were a lot of families with kids and the walls seem paper thin. The traffic noise was also bad because this is on a busy street. This hotel is more like a VRBO with little communication and we never met the staff. It's much further from the Duomo and Uffizi than Booking.com indicated. Our bad for not double-checking but this had shown as being only .2 miles from the Florence Duomo and its really almost 2 Km which makes it too far to stop in during the day to drop off shopping. The tub had such a high instep that it's great for baths but would be really dangerous for seniors or anyone who might slip easily. Giving children baths could also be really difficult.

The apartment(s) facing the street suffer from overly loud traffic noise, so much so that sometimes it was really hard getting to sleep.. keep this in mind, this is a serious problem..

Amazing apartment! It's very big and suitable for families with childs. There are 2 bedrooms with wide beds and sofa in the dining room. Parking garage (parcheggio) "Parterre" is in 3 minutes from the apartment. The price for daily parking is 15 euro. It's the best and the cheapest daily parking in Firence that we found. There is a small kitchen with all that you need, even salt and oil and 2 bottles of water. Supermarket Esselunga is in 7-10 minutes from the apartment. Online check-in is very comfortable and fast. All connections with owners were by WhatsApp. It was the best apartment that we rent in our 7 days trip in Italy! We liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay for 1 day more.

Modern clean apartment, big comfortable bed, nice terrace and very nice neighbourhood.

It was not a problem for us, but you have to walk 20 minutes to reach the main attraction. We didn’t try the public transportation because we are used to walk a lot when we are visiting. So, if you don’t like walking maybe it’s not for you.

Very well renovated and great location

One of the best flats i have ever stayed in . It combines simplicity and luxury at the same time. Spotlessly clean towels and bedding. Easy access to city centre and florence central station. Easy contacless check in and check out. Location is excellent. There are two cafes at the backside of the building . There is also a pharmacy when u cross the street. The rooms are spacious. Flat equipped with your needs. The pictures matches reality. There is laundry room in the basement. It exceeded my expectations . They have branches in many European cities

The location of the bar for breakfast is not bad. The staff were accommodating and the food is good. The high ceiling rooms amazed us most and the kitchen utensils were of superb quality. Money spent was all worth it! My husband who works in a five star hotel says our room was ‘de lusso’.

In the main bathroom, we found an old trash from the previous tenants under the sink closet.
