We really enjoyed our stay. It was close and conveniently located between the airport and down town Nashville. The house was beautiful. The only feedback would be the living room furniture was not very comfortable and non stick cooking pans would be preferred.

The home is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as listed. Just outside of Nashville, the uber drive to Broadway was less than $15!! Would absolutely stay here again, the next time we come to Nashville.

Great light and a HUGE back yard and outside deck. House was very clean, full of gorgeous plants and wonderful light even though we were there in pouring rain. It must be magic when the sun is out. Great bathrooms and lovely kitchen, very very clean. Very responsive hosts. Master bedroom was big and open, master bath also large with lovely plants. Windowns everywhere! The beds were too soft for me and the couch in the living room to feel comfortable, but that is to my taste. Great family vacay home with outdoors space galore and lots for kids to play with.

This is a fabulous house! It's absolutely perfect for four couples. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. This was the second time we have stayed at this property. The property owner communicates quickly with any questions/concerns. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay there again!

There is lots of room to spread out, so our group never felt on top of each other. Enough beds. So glad for a washer and dryer! Lots of quality towels. Loved the backyard as a place for the youngsters to run off their energy! Our 2nd stay and probably not the last!

A beautiful, stylish house that lived up to the pictures! Plenty of room and well equipped. You'll need a car to get around, but we didn't have trouble getting Ubers as and when we needed them.

Stayed in Nashville for a week. There were six of us. This house was conveniently located to get into the city very easily. It's in pretty new shape and we enjoyed it very much

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully unique home. Very comfortable with a warm inviting vibe. I only wish the outside was better maintained as to enjoy the yard as well.

The house is lovely and roomy and comfy. It is nit walkable to much, which also means you escape the masses! Great for friends gathering from far flung places.

Really great house lots room for 8 of us there we had plenty of space. House was so cute decorated awesome! Was a 15-20 cab ride to Broadway. Under 30mins elsewhere. We had a great time and it was perfect for us !

Excellent location and home for our extended family to attend a wedding in Nashville. The main floor bedroom was a plus for my 86 years old mom and the loft was welcomed by my 16 years old nephew. The kitchen was always full of food for the family to eat and to come and go as needed during the 3-day weekend. Loved the master bath.

This house is HUGE, and beautiful and everything you would want in a perfect place to stay. From the second you arrive, it looks like you are in a home that's fit for a magazine. The pictures are beautiful, but they don't do it justice. There are tons of great spots to hang out and enjoy the home, either separately or with the people you are staying with. The backyard has a lovely dining table and sofa-set to easily enjoy the covered patio. Inside, multiple living spaces (there are three!!) provide a wonderful place to have conversations, play games, etc. I'm not even mentioning the wonderful dining room table just off the kitchen. I stay at a lot of airbnbs and VRBOs and this one is by far one of the best I've ever been to. I feel like they should have charged more! All of the bedrooms are large, the master is gigantic and the beds are really really comfortable. They thought of everything. Really well stocked kitchen with gorgeous appliances, so well cared for it was obvious they put a ton of thought into this lovely home. Great neighborhood that's a close drive to the airport and the downtown area. Amazon delivered groceries and there is a small mini mart up the street if you need a "last minute" anything.

The house slept 7 of us very comfortably. The check in process was so simple and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is so spacious and was our gathering place all weekend.

I rented this house for a smaller bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Plenty of room and an absolutely gorgeous property with everything we needed

This property was perfect for our girls getaway! Lots of space and beautifully appointed. The kitchen and bar was stocked with all the appliances/equipment we could ever need. The owners were flexible on checkout because of late flights. That was very generous! There were two minor things I should have checked on/asked about. The location wasn’t far from all the sights and it was easier to get Uber’s/lyfts than I thought, but I think we would get a car next time. And the upstairs front room bed frame was so squeaky it was hard to sleep. Small things, really. This trip was exactly what we needed to reconnect. Thank you! Highly recommend this house!!

From check-in to check-out everything was seamless. The property is beautiful and all the beautiful plants really make it feel like home. Necessities are stocked and overall storage is great. Master bathroom is stunning, just be careful to use bath mats because the floor can get a little slippery! Note that the master is upstairs, house is not really accessible for elderly/ handicapped guests.

This property was beautiful! It was close to downtown Nashville and was a gorgeous home to stay in with a beautiful porch to enjoy the summer days. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Communication prior to coming was great. When we got to property it was as described. We loved the house!! We had 8 in our party for a girlfriend trip!

We chose this property due to its proximity to Riverwood. We stayed here with our family and enjoyed the property. Nice kitchen, the beds were comfortable and the house was convenient for our needs. It is a little ways from downtown

Our recent experience warrants my first ever internet review. The property itself deserves 5 stars. It’s a phenomenal house. Unfortunately, I had to deduct 3 stars for the inhospitable hosting, which included inappropriate text messages from the property manager, Angie, after checkout. I’m a lawyer, and my husband is a surgeon. We are responsible people who treat others—and their property—with respect. Unfortunately, Angie did not treat us with the respect we deserve. The property owners do not live locally, and the local property manager, Angie, is the contact for guests during your stay. She also cleans the property for VRBO guests. Anyone who is considering booking this property should know that Angie, not Michelle and Chris, will be your contact during your stay. If your experience is anything like ours, you will be subjected to micromanagement and unprofessional behavior from Angie during your stay and even after checkout. Per the "house rules," we obtained owner approval to have a gathering with friends at family at the house the day after our wedding. Despite prior approval, during that afternoon event, Angie repeatedly called me and several other guests staying in the home to yell at us for having a “party.” By the end of our conversation, I was in tears. Her behavior was unjustified and incredibly rude; we were having a quiet gathering on a Saturday afternoon where children played on the swing set and adults drank water. The gathering ended by 5:00 pm, well before the city-imposed 10 pm noise ordinance. We ultimately checked out of the property on time after following all of the checkout instructions. Three days after checkout, I started receiving text messages from Angie. She sent 16 photos of the house to show its “condition” when she arrived after checkout. Those photos show crumbs in the sink; tissues in a toilet; and dirty sheets. She followed those photos with a text message saying: “In two words ‘sooooo disappointed.’” All but one of the “issues” pictured in those photos could be resolved with a simple deep clean, which I hope is already occurring during a pandemic. With Angie serving as the one-person cleaning crew for the property, it is entirely inappropriate to text me directly with these types of complaints about her job responsibilities. I blocked her number shortly thereafter. This is a lovely house. But the headache of Angie is not worth the nice piece of property. Find somewhere else to stay.

What a great second trip to Nashville we had and this home made it even better! To be honest wish we were able to spend more time relaxing and soaking in the yard and relaxing vibe of the home! Next trip we plan to say again! Great communication with host and thats also always important to us! Thank you thank you!

My family and I are no strangers to Vrbo and this home is by far one of my favorites! I loved everything about it. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood, it's very clean and tastefully decorated. I love all the live plants...it has inspired me to put those type of plants into my own home. The home is so beautiful that I am almost envious of the owners. I am going to try to rent this home again sometime in the future for a girl's trip.

This house was absolutely perfect. Such a beautiful space to spend a few days! The place was extremely clean and in perfect condition upon arrival. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay and had such a beautiful artistic touch. Our group spent most of our trip on the property, and the common spaces were great for a group of 7. Each room had its own personality and the master bed especially was EXTREMELY comfortable. The location was excellent and the neighborhood itself felt very safe. I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend and would stay here again!

This property was perfect for our stay! We had 6 adults and plenty of extra room! It’s conveniently located between all things “Nashville”. The house was so beautiful that just staying here seemed more appealing than going out downtown some evenings! We definitely plan to come back for another stay.

The house was beautifully decorated, fully equipped and very roomy and comfortable. The only reason I may not stay again is location. Our activities appeared in GPS to only be 20 minutes away generally but took us much longer because of traffic. The West End or around Hillsboro Pike would be better for us because of walk ability to restaurants and coffee shops etc. But overall the house was lovely and the homeowner, Michelle, was great.

This is a GREAT house! It is beautifully decorated, well laid out for a family or group. The house is bigger than the pictures show. There are many spaces throughout the house for people to get a way to. The layout absorbs people easily which was a nice surprise to us. The covered porch is another living space that we took advantage of regardless of the weather. The location feels a little out of the way initially but ends up being an easy $11 uber to Broadway. We spent most of out time exploring East Nashville though so the location ended up being perfect. So many great restaurants (Lockeland Table was magical) and we even ended up at Frans for late (very late) night karaoke. Would highly recommend this house and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again in the future. Well done!
