Decor, friendly, informative staff, very comfy bed, large room and shower, fantastic breakfast

The room was extra large and had a good layout. The breakfast options were great and the decor was a pleasant surprise and welcomed treat.

The room did not have elevator access to get luggage up the stairs.

We booked the suite and were amazed at how big it was. Super comfortable bed and huge bathroom too Very close to the tram system too-only 5 minutes walk. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning was delicious and convenient.

*Breakfast was exceptional. It was a pleasant surprise. It offered hot dishes (different eggs dishes, bacons, pancakes), different cereals, breads, pastries, cakes, donuts, cucumbers, tomatoes, cold cuts, and cheeses. Teas/coffees, juices were pleniful. The breakfast glass enclosed atrium was spacious, bright, not crowded and well kept. *The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. *The room has a safe, desk, coffee/tea kettle, a large closet and slippers. *There was a designated, locked luggage storage area underneath the stairs. *Staff was welcoming.

The lobby was a bit strange with assorted sofas, and chairs, all in different colors. The lobby decor did not project a 'boutique', upscale taste. It did not match the tasteful decor in the breakfast room.

Quarto ótimo! Boa cama e sofá cama. Prédio charmoso, excelente café da manhã! Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Minha filha amou os leões na porta de entrada.

Meu quarto era em 2 andares, não percebi ao fazer a reserva, o que não era muito prático com criança.
