Located right in the centre close to the bus station, a lot of cafes, and the ocean, with just a 15 min walk to Loro park. Nice balcony view and a spacious balcony with a table for cosy breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen has a lot of equipment. Stock of toilet paper and towels was also very welcome. The beds are really soft and cosy. Thanks for wine and pizza, that was a nice extra!

The building is called Girasol, it's a pale orange building with small no. 8, do not look for the name from Booking. Head straight to the reception and tell them their name to get the key. As we understand it's just a regular apartment inside a building that you rent from its owner. So it's a typical dwelling not any hotel or anything. Included breakfast is a number of food items in the fridge, not any restaurant or anything, so do not go looking for one. The window in the bathroom was partly broken so we covered it with kitchen foil and tape, otherwise it was too windy and cold to shower. The floor in the bathroom and the towels were very dirty. The shower is less than 1 sq.m, so if you have long hair... or any hair at all, it will be hard to fit into and wash at least somewhat nicely. A simple bath instead of this toy shower and bidet would be much more welcome in our opinion. Would be also great to have some small kitchenware to make own coffee and boil eggs since there are eggs in the fridge, boiling two eggs in a huuuge pan was fun.:)

Great location, only a couple of minutes walk from the bus station (we travelled from the South airport using the Ten+ card on the local 343 Titsa bus, costing just under €20 return). If you hire a car there is a free car park along the seafront which is easy to reach. We hired a car locally. There are lovely restaurants and shops around. It is also close to the sea which you can see through the gaps in the buildings. The flat is on the seventh floor, has a large balcony and there is a pool on the roof. There is a good view of Mt Teide from the front door (see photo). The nearest beaches are Playa del Muelle a small beach in town a short walk away. Playa Jardin is much bigger and also very close. At the town end if the beach there are lots of curious piles of stones (see photo). We stayed during the carnival which ran from 16 February to 10 March 2019. Lots of events were held in and around the square next to the flat. It was really nice to have food and drink in the fridge and a well equipped kitchen including a juicer. The oranges were delicious. We enjoyed a couple of breakfasts there. The place is easy to check in and out of due to the friendly reception desk.

The flat is lovely and quiet with no noise from neighbours. The fridge did make a little noise though when sleeping. There is no WiFi in the flat but there is in the entrance hall. Otherwise it is all great.
