The best and most relaxing place I have been to for a while, it was truly a retreat and I wish I spent longer time as I felt totally resourced, the place was magical and just what I needed. The staff was amazing and so friendly and accommodating. They cooked my favourite Indian breakfast called Upma and even accepted to show me how to make it. It was delicious and cooked with so much love and care. The sea waves are wild if you like wildeness, it was perfect for a retreat and perfect for what I needed at the time because all I could hear and see was nature, the sea, the birds, and the silence behind it all...It was truly amazing! Uninterrupted sea view.

Small room. Uncomfortable bed. Cockroaches in the shower. No beach, just rock sea defences.

The Sunset was superb. View from the Sea view room, there is non sea view room also there with lesser rates. Breakfast was amazing and tasty.

No breakfast as left early and location disappointing bc as looks to be in the beach but there’s a load of boulders in front so had to walk to get to beach.

As above - no access to beach and hotel very jaded and somewhat depressing. Sat outside on the loungers to watch sunset and the owner brought someone (assume a booking agent) to loudly berate over some issue oblivious to us (his guests) staying there - unbelievable. The staff were lovely and helpful but only place we’ve been asked for payment before seeing room - then offered rooms with a view for more money instead of just moving us there as plenty empty.

Friendly staff. Watching dolphins whilst having breakfast was pretty cool. Seafront location was great & is not common in Cherai area, but is that enough to overlook the poor maintenance of the property?

Place hasn't been updated in years. Rooms small & dreary. Outside area unkempt. Linen clean but old & stained. Reality doesn't match Bookings description: no restaurant, only a dirty kitchen that will provide homestay meals, can't be called "a la carte"; One bar of soap isn't 'toiletries; no reception desk so asking for anything involved looking for someone. The owner/ manager will probably reply with excuses, as with previous critiques, but please don't treat your "beloved guests" with contempt. We arrived tired & dusty, all we wanted was a clean & comfortable place to stay.
