What a wonderful "find." The GM - Antony, has a knack for hiring a most sincere & efficient staff. Everyone was "super nice" & friendly. Great food -service w/a smile. Traditional Kerala cuisine - complementary breakfast w/many choices. Fresh fruit & U may order eggs & toast & there's a small buffet w/South Indian "delights". Ocean front or Garden views.
The roof is covered in Palm Fronds & bugs happen to drop by! The Geckos are a nice deterrent. The throw rugs are a little dangerous for the elderly for they tend to slide.

Exceptional views from some of the rooms. brick wall from others! service was great and the location was the best.
no alcohol was a no no. next time I stay in India I will make sure I stay in a resort where I can get a glass of wine with my meal.
Also the internet was very poor and difficult for conducting remote business.

the resort is lovely and in a great location, the food is delicious and staff very friendly and helpful
our room was very musty and mouldy. the bath was just a shower with higher edges (so you’d effectively be sitting on the floor)

Amazing place, rustic setting yet with all required modern amenities. The quietness broken by the crashing of the waves against the rocks in harmonic regularity as it washes in from the Arabian sea. As you sit outside and watch the fishing boats from far bringing in their catch your body relaxes and mind takes in God's immense creation.

Good
We could not use one section of the seating area as there was a bachelor group drinking (which is ok) but they made huge noise one night. No one could use the area (about 500 sq ft or so)

The location is breathtaking. It's best enjoyed from the King Room with Sea View. The sea view is not so great from the other category of rooms. The king rooms that we booked though was beyond size for all the facilities that came with it. Ideal place to chill and take in the view with a group of friends or as a couple.
Apart from the view and the rooms, other things don't match up with the price like the complimentary breakfast which could have been a lot better for the amount paid. Also I felt the rules regarding the cancellation as pretty stringent and demanding as in there is virtually no window for cancellation.

The pool was nice and breakfast was good.
There was construction going on in the hotel while we were there with constant drilling and melding which created noise and even caused a burn on my hand from the melding.
This was not announced beforehand.

The location is really so picturistique that should have a resort like 36palm be constructed 7 stay and enjoy the cool breeeze at the seashore which is fortunately resort lobby roof top. I really like the lights were on even during the nights. It was safe all the way.

The view of the waves right from the rooms was awesome.The staff was very courteous and considerate to all our needs.The resort set up and ambience is beautiful with all decor having a traditional charm.The rooms are spacious enough.Safe place for women travelling.
The beautiful view of the beach,waves and the wooden furniture and decor is mainly from the top floor rooms.Though we had booked the garden rooms on the ground floor which did not have as much view,the manager was kind enough to upgrade us to the rooms with a view.
