The modern interior design of the apartment and amenities were excellent.

Some of the fabric covered furniture had stains on them and the tv and Netflix’s connection was a bit temperamental.

The room was spacious. The bed and pillows was comfortable, lobby was modern. Convenient location, have capsule coffee machine with 4 capsules provided. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus with ironing facilities was a bonus. Air conditioner works.

It wasn't very clean, there was a very active cockroach in the room (which means pest control wasn't done properly). Mould in the shower area (grout). There was no sleepers provided and no extra towels. The iron was broken and ironing board was very dirty. Not enough teabags supplied for 2 nights stay. No milk frother provided (though there was a small carton of milk in the fridge). No biscuit provided. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet so when you sit down you actually touched the ceramic area of the toilet under the toilet seat. The toilet seat cover would not keep up and kept falling down.

The people and service were good and quick to respond, after we realised the air con was not working in our room and informed them, they quickly offered alternative options like upgrading our room or changing our hotel room.

Facilities may be a little dusty and low maintenance, but those were for the loft suite. In the smaller room that we shifted to temporarily, there were no problems.
