Customer service was awful. Noone at reception on arrival. Had to shout out to get attention and only to be served by a lady who looked like a kitchen assistant as she was wearing a filthy apron Place looked dirty and unkempt Room facilities were below even the most basic standard that I checked out 10 minutes after checking in. The pictures on booking.com are misleading. Thats not what I found on my arrival

Price...cheap but clean Breakfast was good Staff were helpful

no toiletries except one little soap. no tea coffee in room. no satellite tv in fact even one channel with picture was snowy. all these were advertised amenities.

It was hard to reach an outlet and it was just one in the room. It was hard to get hot water in the shower sometimes

Little or no water pressure. Could not shower or bath. Room not ready at our 8pm arrival. Towels rough, one was dirty. Towel bar falling off wall. White bedspread had blood stain. Small little ants clustering around scatter mat. Asked for a kettle, was given one with exposed wires. Breakfast include was of poor quality and eggs extremely overcooked both mornings
