Overall the Blanket Hotel exceeded all our expectations; from the location, view, food and especially the staff, they went over and above for us during our stay.
Access to the hotel from the main road was atrocious, when the taxi entered the access I genuinely thought we had taken a wrong access and felt this for most of the drive into hotel. This condition of this access/lane I feel is so disappointing, as you immediately assess the hotel compared to the access.

The location of the hotel and the views from the room and the open restaurant are surreal. The hospitality is amazing. The breakfast menu is comprehensive and tasty. The activities at the hotel keeps you busy, the nature view is amazing, you may not want to step out at all.
There was an initial hiccup as the bedsheets felt as if they were not changed. The staff immediately changed everything. After that everything was amazing.

The Blanket Hotel is the most amazing place to stay. All the staff were so kind and courteous, the room and the view were lovely and the food amazing. It was one of the nicest places that we have stayed.

Attukad waterfall was in its full form, and we had a
amazing view from room. Food was good and
made to order. Buffet has good spread as well.
Staff were prompt and polite. They responded to
each request well made the stay a delight.

The amount i paid, i got a room which was totally opposite of the view, they shouldnt have made thing experience for my trip, i didnt like the way room created, a big size dinning table is inside the room, this didnt make any premium or extra ambience in the room rather it was kind of a thing that made the room smaller
needless to say the road from main to hotel, was awful, so bad i just cant imagine what will happen when the monsoon comes
