Alles , hele nacht muggen ben lek geprikt dit kwam omdat de balkondeur niet goed dicht ging. Heb geen oog dicht gedaan de receptionist bij aankomst vroeg niet of ik ontbijt wilde voor de twee dagen toen ik deze boeking betaalde, de volgende ochtend vroeg of ik alsnog ontbijt kon krijgen tegen betaling maar dat kon niet.?????? Kamer is redelijk schoon maar alles gedateerd en verouderd.

was really loud and the electricity gone done several times a day on our firs room but wasn’t on our second visit the Toilet on our first room was a bit dirty

We arrived at Jakarta in the morning and went to visit some friends. As the Sat evening traffic was heavy and it was raining, we decided to have dinner before heading to the hotel. Hotel called us 5.12 pm and told us that if we didn't pay by local bank transfer by 6 pm, booking would be cancelled. I didn't have any local card so I told the hotel that booking.com has had the cc information. Hotel replied that the cc is deemed void since the holder's name (my spouse) was different than the booker's name (mine). They said again that they would only hold the booking until 8 pm. If you know Jakarta's Saturday night traffic than you know you can't really change plans last minute. So I told them we were having dinner at our friends and it might not be possible to reach by 8 pm. They insisted that the hotel could only wait until 8 pm FYI this whole "rule" was never informed earlier. This was actually the second time we booked at this hotel, and we didn't have issue with our first stay. Had we received this information in advance we could've planned our visit better. The way things were handled were very unprofessional and unreliable. Totally disappointing since our first visit was quite ok.

the staff was very nice!!

I wrote 3 mails and no answer. The breakfast option is sad at the moment. The cafe is closed. The road infront of the hotel is very loud.
