we lived there for two nights, but the room only have one box of tissue. The shower bathroom did not put any tissue for guest use. only one box of tissue inside the small toilet.

The rockstar staff. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Above and beyond. Vivian, Ceaser and Kyle at the front desk all greeted me with an enthusiastic smile, and a stuffed 2022 tiger. Chris, the concierge, was like having a personal assistant. He made me feel like a celebrity and made sure I was enjoying my stay at every turn. Exceptional attention. Nicholas and Deepak, knowing of my vegan diet, went out of their way to make me a personalized vegan meal that was delicious and beautiful. The room as beautiful and the view, epic. Park Hyatt Shenzhen is by far one of my favorite hotels in China. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. China.

The hotel has such a relaxing aura. Superb breakfast options served to your table if you prefer and a first class swimming pool

The unnecessary and silly rule over wearing a swimming cap even if you’re totally bald. This is not in keeping with the exceptional personal service.

Stunning interiors and very friendly team members provided a very memorable stay. A birthday cake and departing gift were provided to make the experience more special and precious. Felt like a dream.

Our room had a challenging and unconventional layout with lots of unusable space (corridors between bathrooms, entrance etc) and an enormous column in the corner. Would of preferred not have have it but wasn’t a deal breaker.
