I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my recent stay in Dubai. The room and its view were simply breathtaking—truly amazing and fantastic! I also appreciated the top-notch cleaning standards; everything was spotless. The gym facilities exceeded my expectations, well-equipped and maintained. Additionally, the staff was very kind and helpful, always ready to assist. However, there was a slight hiccup with the check-in process. Despite filling out a form indicating my arrival time, I was not allowed to check in until after 3pm, which made me question the purpose of the form. This was a bit inconvenient and could be improved for better guest satisfaction. The breakfast was good, but I believe the menu could benefit from more variety to enhance the dining experience further. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and I am grateful for the hospitality. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Dubai.

Great location - big beach, great for walking, half-board option suited us very well, friendly and helpful staff, great food options

Cet hôtel ne correspond pas à un 5 étoiles. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées (vous participez aux discussions de vos voisins de chambre), le buffet est très pauvre en approvisionnement et en qualité, la situation est très excentrée (tout déplacement doit se faire en taxi), il se trouve au milieu de plusieurs chantiers de construction dont les ouvriers travaillent jour et nuit, musique pendant les repas rendant impossible toute discussion etc...

LA VUE de la chambre, des building de Dubai jusqu'à l'hôtel Atlantis. Les buffets du petit déjeuner et du diner sont excellents, variés et copieux. l'Espace piscine est superbe, les transats toujours disponibles dans un cadre idyllique face à la mer et la marina de Dubai.

Le seul petit bémol serait l'emplacement, peut être un peu éloigné du centre 20 min, mais les taxis ne sont pas chers pour se déplacer rapidement. (30AED, 7€) Mais idéal pour se reposer et bronzer :)))

Rooms are big and clean. Good hotel for families.

So many restrictions on the pool. Especially for kids to play. Food by the pool was horrible. Extremely bad.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with 2 kids - 3 and 7yrs. - We loved the fact the evening buffet was different each evening. - A.good sized kids pool and splash park. - The beach was well maintained. - The rooms were nice and clean.

We ordered room service multiple times and found it a little annoying that we were asked to pay on the spot. It would have been nice to be given the option to have things charged to our room which we could settle at the end of our stay. Same thing happened when we requested an additional bed - it was not brought up to the room until we went down to reception and paid for it.

A wonderful relaxing pool and beach area. Our room was a great size with a view to the swimming pool and beach. Room Service and food was fantastic. Service overall was brilliant. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, beach and pool, especially the view from infinite pool to Dubai Marina.

Pool area is too small, it was difficult to find sun bad during the day. No much food choice, only one restaurant with limited food options and since it is in the Palm and away from everything, there were no other options for eating around hotel. Service at the beach not very good eather, long waiting, mixing up orders. Alcohol drinks are not served at the hotel

1. I like that this was non-alcohol and non-smoking hotel. Probably ok for the money <> value in this location 2. Nice option for those who wants some retreat and detox - a lot of fresh juices and other food which is related to your health. 3. Staff was very friendly and polite - they always tried to help even in one misunderstanding situation. They really try their best 4. Room cleaning guys were good as well and did their job professionally. 5. Good small pool for kids 6. Good breakfast 7. Spa with Ayurveda should be good for those who like this

Didn't write this from the beginning but now came back after reading the comments from other guests to edit my review specifically as it seems that management don't learn from their mistakes in the past. I'm not the only person with this weird challenge to pay for the drinks in the pool bar: FOR SOME REASONS IF YOU TAKE ANY JUICE IN THE POOL BAR - YOU HAVE TO KEEP CARD OR CASH WITH YOU TO PAY IMMEDIATELY!!?? when you tell them - guys, I'm swimming, certainly I don't have any cash or card with me - they give you the paper to fill in which is normal and ok and you usually pay when you check out from the hotel with these bills where your signature is on! but not well trained staff thinks this is actually 'backup' for them as they start chasing you around the hotel calling to your room number with the urgency to pay. THIS IS COMPLETE BS! And it seems that after many feedbacks nothing was changed! SHAME ON YOU GUYS! fix it, this is not chain quality and attitude for your frequent members. Accor management - keep an eye on this please 1. Photos and reality are different, hotel can be renovated and redesigned: it is on the Dubai Palm neighbouring to excellent hotels, and by default you expect something more. Probably bc of that they play with discount prices - be careful with your expectations 2. AC in the room was literally directed to the sleeping place (you can easily get cold from that so I had to cover my head with the pillow (!), never saw it in any hotels at all). 3. Sea area to swim was quite small and limited with the line like for kids (probably for safety it's good but really small especially while outgoing tide). But c'mon - you come to Dubai Palm certainly to have at least some sea swimming experience 4. Chef in the restaurant don't know what is meat steak at all: rib-eye was in fact wide and flat piece of meat (3-4 mm) completely well done (instead of medium well) > not steak at all.

Staff went over and beyond their call of duty to be extra welcoming. Special mention to Suraj at the restaurant for making the Accor sign up process so smooth. Hamza was very helpful too.

Stunning views , very accommodating and made it really special for my daughters birthday. Would highly recommend it. Aqua dumbells was amazing

Spa prices and explanation of treatments need to be on more detail and there needs to be more treatments and possibly a daughter pamper package
