Great Location, Fantastic Service. The laundry service was excellent.

The reception could be more helpful and smile more.

The Staff at the Hotel on top were excellent. Alom, Maksud and others were excellent host while dinning at the hotel.

The female staff in Reception can always smile more.

Location is convenient, decent sized deluxe rooms. The staff were pleasant and reactive when we had issues with one of the rooms. No frills, no drama, in and out. There’s a number of facilities across the different floors of the building that are separate entities, including a movie room, restaurant, cafe, infinity swimming pool and a Shisha spot. I only tried the restaurant. Also they accept Amex.

It’s super dated. The rooms are probably on par with a 1 or 2 star hotel. A little grubby but just about clean enough. Considering the cost and what you have only (setting aside it’s Bangladesh), it’s not worth the money. However, there’s only two real options including this one that is in the city which meet at least the basics of a 2 star hotel.

It's a very nice hotel, the room was very spacious and clean. Very nice bathroom with great pressure in the shower. The staff was very nice, there is also a cool infinity pool on the roof (which I did not use as it was still a bit cold). Location is super central and easy to get around.

They should provide more information about couple that what type of papers need to stay.

The food we aae at Antayla was very good and delicious very good service from the staff and helpful. Free Breakfast wow. The view from the 15th is beautiful night/day. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. My wife and my 2 brothers are very happy and also want to than k you all. Also good car park and the staffs are very nice. I will recommend anyone and everyone here. Good location, great service.

I liked everything I just didn't know this stuff existed in Bangladesh as I am from UK, Manchester. I'm proud of you guys keep up the good work, I will be back!

in a sentence, the room wasn't good enough. A couple of staff was too good but some were rude. the breakfast was too good. the hotel location is good but not the room location. the room wastn't sound proof. i was visited with my family, we have children, when they make noice it was hearing from the outside of the room from far away.

Great staff and location

Can smell cigarette smoke whilst in a non smoking room. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast does not provide bottled water and does not have the best of choices.

Excellent location, there’s a doorman who can help communicate with rickshaws, the rooftop views are awesome, there’s a pool theoretically but we didn’t use it, the room was comfortable with AC, good breakfast. At the end we also forgot something in the room and they let us back in. They always carried our suitcases.

We went for dinner at the rooftop restaurant and food was very mediocre, considering the price it’s disappointing. The room used to have a shower cabin but it was taken out so the bathroom flooded when showering. There was no hot water at first then they told us to switch on the heating but it took a very long time and wasn’t enough for an entire shower. Also I messaged them multiple times on booking beforehand and they always replied with an automated response that didn’t answer my questions. They also didn’t help us in any organization issues like getting tours, finding transport to other destinations etc.

Nice location, Kitchen have good shape.

Late Check Out- I asked them to check out 1 pm, but they allowed 30 minutes for me only, 12:30pm. Besides, late checkout approval receptionist behavior wasn't good at all.

It’s NOT clean Walls are dirty Carpet haven’t been cleaned for years Check in time 2pm. My room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm And when it’s check out time, they wanted us to leave sharp 12. Swimming pool is very very small and poor lighting at night. Very unsafe if u have children’s as u cannot see their whereabouts in the pool due to poor lighting.

I liked the location of hotel only.

1. Their room was not ready even 03 hrs after check IN time. 2. They didn't provide towels..they provided it after one day (CCTV proof) 3. Shampoo tube was refilled water, I showed that to them, then they brought new one. 4. They didn't provide fruit basket as mentioned. When I asked they said " Sir its not available now!!!" Then they send one piece of pastry instead of fruit basket!!!!!!! Again I asked please take back this one piece, I don't need this! Then they send two pieces. 5. 🚫🚫🚫 Most dangerous thing is they Entered our room without our permission when we were not inside the room. Its really a privacy concern because I had my laptop, luggage kept open in the room. I didn't ask them to clean or service. When I asked them why did you entered they said " Its our rule!!!!" I didn't use the tag "Keep my room tidy or clean" even though they entered. I hated this ENTERING WITHOUT PERMISSION. ( CCTV and Video proof I have). 6. My room was 605. Room no 604,603 also had complaint about fungus bread. I heard they complained about it to Food Authority. 7. Their swimming pool is not safe for family. Because most of the time outsider use it. So I couldn't use with my family due to privacy concern. 8. One of the receiptionist was rude with me when I asked him why did room boy entered inside my room without my permission!! I will never go or recommend Hotel Noorjahan Grand again.

everything was good, except the TV in my room, basically my kids are used to watch YouTube on TV, but I didn't connect Wi-Fi line to TV though the TV is smart TV and also Dish line not available, I have informed to reception and they have sent a person to fix it but it was not fix during our stayed time in hotel, except these all facilities are more or less fine.
