I am following up on my previous communication and was expecting a response by now. I kindly request a response before the end of the day. If this email is not directed to the appropriate individual, please advise me on who I should be reaching out to or forward this email accordingly.
I am reaching out regarding a complaint about the services provided. I am seeking a resolution to the issue and a clear refund of the extra charges incurred for additional bedding that was never utilised. This was discussed with your representatives, and it was acknowledged that the bedding was not used due to the issue highlighted so the beds were locked up.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter as I am eager to reach a resolution. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Everything else about the accommodation. Room is dirty, appliances are broken and barely working, cockroaches everywhere, see photos!

The pots and pans in the kitchen were not clean , I had to wash them a lot before use, and the Kettle was so dirty black inside I need to buy some product to clean and also the smell under the sink was not nice .

The location of the property is a plus. It's right in the center of Surfers Paradise surrounding by shops, Coles, Woolworths and a variety of restaurants. It is really nice for family with kids as they can just walk downstairs to enjoy some fun activities at night time in Surfers Paradise.
The property's floor was a bit unclean on my arrival. My daughter ran on the balcony and stepped on a pin, which made her foot bleeding on my first day of arrival. We also found a girl underwear under our bed. How ridiculous is that! Also the clothes dryer didn't work and the freezer of the fridge couldn't make any ice.

place location was ok, but the room is located directly outside of the lift, so we heard everyone returning yelling at 2.00AM. exaust fans in both bathrooms never worked, making it very hot. people upstairs were feed the local birds and at the end of the day they would sweep the seed of their balcony, which would land on ours. over all pretty average accomodation not likely to stay there again. tried to call every day where we picked the keys up, only to find the phone engage all day..
below average score for what you pay! 4 out of 10 for me, probably deserves less given we had to sweep the seed of our table and chairs everyday so we can sit to enjoy the view! maybe a 2
obvioulsy everything above needs to be fixed and not stay out the front of a lift. tell people not to feed the birds

Location was great. Check in and out was simple. Very comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

the oven didn’t work, there wasn’t enough toilet paper and there was no like tissues or anything like that in the appartment and the wifi was very slow. they were all just minor things

room was filthy - mould in the showers, dusty air con vents, rock hard beds, serviced apartment with 4 plates?!
