Great breakfast, very helpful hostess

We found Lynn and Scott very friendly, helpful and a delight actually, we also enjoyed meeting Betty and, poppie the choco lab. The breakfast was delicious, especially the mushrooms and coffee. The location was spot on, and parking wasn't an issue at all. The downs are stunning.

The beds are a little hard, but that is typically down to our preference.

breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. You could tell that the produce was high quality and was great to hear that it was locally sourced :) We had the most amazing time at the palms and Lynn and Scott were fabulous hosts - nothing was too much trouble for them. Delphi our dog was so welcomed (and spoilt rotten! lol) and all the small touches made our stay one to remember. Beds were super comfy and room spotlessly clean! lovely touches with the biscuits and tea/ coffee/hot chocolate in the rooms and also the bar downstairs was really cosy We are already looking at dates to return in a few months time and this is the only place in Devon that we will stay in going forward.

the only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave so soon! :(

Great location 5 minutes walk from the seafront. Lynn and Scott were welcoming friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was delicious and of a high standard we would definitely return.

cooked breakfast was good but had to wait for a long time. Bathroom was tiny had a very strange setup. There was a sliding hanging door that was not only noisy and not noise proof. there was a a large gap as well so no total privacy . But the worse thing for us was that there was no sink in the bathroom and it was only in the room. So if you wakeup in the night to use the toilet not only you wake up the other person because of the noisy door but also had to use the sink in the room. parking was on the street which was not an issue for us but in summer it would not be that easy

Scott and Lynn are amazing, very helpful and friendly. Made us feel welcome. The room was lovely and clean. We were staying for a mini honeymoon and they had flowers and prosecco in the room. They went above and beyond and honestly we can't wait to come back again.

The babbacombe Palms is just one of those places that you would return to every time.the location is amazing, wonderful decor clean and fresh.great atmosphere and the most helpful and thoughtful owners.scott&Lynn are truly great and I would erge anybody to stay here.the breakfast is beautiful.. thank you for the most lovely stay💯🥰🥰

I’ve been staying here for years and this is my second time since Lynne & Scott took over so they are keeping this place to an excellent standard. They are both welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is great. Bed was comfy. Shower perfect. Excellent location for Babbacome and getting on the bus up and down the coast. I’m looking forward to going back!!

We stayed just one night for a show in the theatre would definitely return the room was lovely and clean .best breakfast thank you Scott .the host we’re great nothing too much trouble even gave us a lift to the theatre because of the rain .a lovely comfortable bar .you deserve too do well once again thank you
