This room was what we'd hoped for before flying home from our vacation. Communicating with the owner was very easy. They had put out information on using the bus system which was helpful for us getting to the airport. The room was very comfortable and had all of the comforts we expected. They also included a voucher for a coffee and pastry from a local bakery which was a nice touch. The little neighborhood area was a delight on my morning walk.

We only stayed for one night as we were travelling onwards the next morning, however the staff were very accommodating given our late check in and very responsive to our queries. The room was large and very clean with good facilities. Breakfast was also nice from the nearby cafe. :)

Everything was perfect

We enjoyed our short stay at Villa Erica. Very nice and clean room, with big bathroom. It was 15 min drive to Venezzia by bus, which stops near the villa. We very much appreciated the free parking in the yard and also the self check in, as we arrived late. The breakfast on the terrace was also very nice.

Relatively new. Well positioned if you are travelling with a car. Clean and great value for money.

The staff is great, the room is spotless and is a perfect place to pass by Venice. Close to the airport and nicely connected by bus to the city. Good option if you want to avoid staying in the city.

Nice location - just 15 minutes from the airport by bus and same 15 minutes from Venice by bus! bus stops are 1 minute walk - basically right outside of the villa. The ability for self-checkin was extremely nice and appreciated - we were sent instructions about how to do it. Although we came 1h earlier than the check in time, the room was ready. That was much appreciated when traveling with a toddler.

There were no fridge at the room, but there was a public one. Unfortunately the public fridge was just a tiny little one - could not fit our food bag.

Location is advantageous as it is fairly close to airport. Bus station nearby with regular shuttle for travelling. Quiet and clean neighbourhood with helpful people. Liked our room a lot as it was spacious and very convenient. Erica always replied to every message fast and is a lovely person.

Not a con at all but couldnt find departmental shops for errands. All in all would recommend to people as its a nice place.

There is bus stop next to the house to get to Venice. There was various and tasty breakfast. Nice room for only one night.

The furniture in the room and bathroom is rather well-worn. It wasn't so clean.

Short stay and was pleased with every aspect of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable and the owner Lucia was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and simple.

WiFi could have been better but ok

I was exhausted after the flight. It was quiet and there was teabags and hot water. It is easy walking to bus stops going into Venice or back to the airport. The manager had a beautiful spread for a continental breakfast.

The villa was off the main road so was easily accessed by public transport. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Check-in was simple and Lucia kindly let us check-in earlier to make the most of our time in Venice.

Nice, cozy and very quiet. Strategically positioned near two bus stops to Venice and only 15 min away from Venice entry point and close enough to Mestre on the other side. Also close to the airport in case of fly in arrivals. Restaurant and pizzerias available at walking distance. Definitively a come back should we decide to return to Venice.

Not actual complaints but suggestions for the future consider non sweet options for breakfast, milk capsules for the in room kettle and a bit more attention to bathroom floor cleanliness.
